Let me start with, whenever i get back home to Dallas, the only thing i wanted was a Braum's Burger.
As usual i had to stop in and first use the restrooms. DISGUSTING. Are you familiar with that gas station restroom smell? Add this to the fact that i was afraid to touch anything in the bathroom as i might catch something. I still managed to somehow wash my hands.
You should install auto sinks and a foot handle on door.
As for the service. I say there about 5 minutes or so hoping that one of the employees would know what "sense of urgency" meant. No luck my instinct to run was being to kick in.
Some of the sloppiest employees I have ever seen in my life. None were wearing masks, or had them half on of at all. if your policies do not mandate masks, maybe they should given or current state in society.
I sat stood there looking in amazement as your employees were breathing over food, not really smiling, or even enjoying being there. Shirts that looked like they needed a solid ironing. Aprons that needed to obviously be washed from the night or week before.
After i watched an employee touch there face them hand a customer their food i was done, i walked out and decided i was going to attempt another location.
What has happened to you? It's only been two years since my last visit and it seems the quality of service has gone to other businesses not labeled "Braum's."
Unfortunately, the next Braum's also...
Read moreWorst experience I've ever had at a Braum's. I can't even critique the food because we were never acknowledged. We stood there for 15 minutes as 7 different employees were behind the counter, most working on the ice cream or drive thru, which I understand them having their priorities. The only one employee that even looked at my wife and I glared at us like as if we shouldn't even be there. One young lady was helping the ice cream line and ringing up customers at that register. She never once looked the 5 feet over to where we were wanting to order food. It was 840 when we got there so it wasn't very busy inside, yes the drive thru line was long, but again 7 people (seven!). I hate to make anything about race but as soon as another customer got there, an African American, they looked up. A couple minutes later when we, Latinos, decided to leave and were walking out they immediately started helping the other gentlemen. All the employees were African American, all the other customers were also African American. This is the most disgusted I've ever felt. I'm 42 years old and have dealt with racism plenty before. Never have I been ignored and made to feel like I haven't been wanted like this before. I am disgusted by the employees at this, "Not for...
Read moreIt’s a Tuesday night and the place is packed with cars in the drive thru because no one’s taking the order of the first car in line. It’s been a good 40 min wait. Called to ask them to see what’s the hold up and they don’t have the phones working. This is ridiculous!!! The worst part is when we finally got in front of the line to place the order the lady was literally screaming thru the microphone all mad CAN YOU WAIT A MINUTE sooooo mad at us and I’m like I’m the one that waited an hour . Just because braums is a good brand employees cannot treat the customers in a RUDE WAY. She didn’t take our order properly when I asked her to not be rude she had an attitude a bad bad attitude and she kept making us wait and then I finally got upset went to the window and asked for the name of the RUDE employee the manager came up to me saying we don’t have a business card but gave us her name. They had several employees in there to take the orders that were just gossiping. Im not sure how this store is being managed and someone should definitely look into it. Im Im customer service too and this experience was just bad. We didn’t get the food cause at that point we just didn’t trust them with our food . WORST EXPERIENCE EVER from a brand of Icecream we have...
