Williams Fried Chicken #29 — Restaurant in DeSoto

I went to order lunch. Decided to go in lobby. When I walked in NOBODY SAID NOTHING. there were 5 employees in the back. The cook, a young girl wondering around, an older woman yelling at the cook. Another woman at the drive thru taking orders and sending customers to park, while food was ready and just sitting. And an older male employee who was soupose to be taking orders, buying lawn mower equipment or something outside. I waited 5 min, nothing. So I say, HI CAN I ORDER AT WINDOW INSIDE. Hell must of been speaking another language, cause no one said nothing. So now I'm just standing, the older lady yelling at the cook. Looks at me and proceed to yell at the cook again, TELL ---THE GUY OUTSIDE HE GOT A ORDER At THE WINDOW. HE OUTSIDE BUYING LAWN EQUIPMENT. Still no one even said a half a word to me. I wait and wait another 4 mins. Really wanted that fresh fried chicken just sitting not getting served/. Said f it and went across to Popeyes. Poor customer service. Someone could have said Hi be with you in a min, or please go through drive...

I ordered this disaster from door dash. I try to make it a habit when I travel to try support the local business communities. Unfortunately more times than not. The three pillars of owning and operating a business is rarely met. 1. Customer service they get an N/A bc I order from door dash. but one could assume it’s a low rating based on my initial grievance. #. 2. Food Quality is a fail bc when the driver handed me my food I could instantly smell that it was cooked in grease that was old. When I opened it and saw that discoloration of the chicken and the smell of old grease intensified it confirmed my suspicions. 3. Cleanliness is N/A bc again it was delivered, however; one could conclude bc of my order being cooked in old grease. I can safely say this location isn’t following proper protocol. Bottom line eat here at your own risk or maybe this was just a bad day idk but...

I used to come here all the time because i live across the street and they have the worst customer service that ive ever had.and another thing the cashiers handle food and money at the same time and if you say something she gets a really nasty attitude shes not friendly at all..she wears a kind of short hair do mixed in blond..shes horrible..it really needs to be addressed..and the young school girl dark skin works at night...nasty nasty attitude and foul mouth..and she asks for tips..yes she really does..she brought my food to the car once in a cursing match with someone on the phone...omg i couldnt believe it...i could go on and on but ill end it here..its so sad our people act this way..and the one man in the glasses hes super rude..and mean as well..i give it one star because the food is decent if they dont burn...
