PLEASE DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION!!!! I went there on December 27th, 2018 and ordered 29.07 worth of food at 3:40 pm. I literally drove down the street so that my sister could go to the bank. I decided this would be a great time to eat a little bit before heading home. The horror happened once I opened the box. I pulled back the oily dried skin of my chicken to discover that it was dried out on the inside and cold! The fries were also cold to the touch and the poor biscuit was so dehydrated and disgustingly old. I asked my other sister to check her tender meal and guess what?! It was as disgusting and disappointing as my food was. When my little sister returned to the car, I headed back to the store, a 3 minute ride! I told the young lady that the food was old and that I wanted a refund. She takes the food and yells, “Gio” I have a refund. He comes to the window and I tell him what happened, He asks if I want more chicken, and that it would take 15 minutes. I replied nope I don’t have time to wait I have to drop my sister off to work. He says we don’t give refunds until January 1st, and then ask me if I just want chicken instead. I tell him that I don’t want any chicken just my money, and that I literally was just here. He yell at me NOOOOO and then proceeds to tell me I’m entitled and that it’s just chicken. At this point I was annoyed and asked for the number of the general manager. He provided false information, so I sat in the drive through. He comes back to the window and is laughing and says so do you want that chicken now. I tell him of course not, I want my money back. Long story short, he called the cops because I would not move from the drive through, and he still didn’t return my money. I walked away chickenless and 29.07 less richer. I called the number at the bottom or the receipt, the number listed on the window, and left a complaint and guess what I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PHONE CALL OR ANYTHING!!!! Read moreI went through the drive thru around 3pm on Saturday afternoon, December 30, 2023 and ordered a 3 piece spicy wings with red beans and rice. It costs 11.03 and I tipped $1 at the window. When I got home to eat, the wings were undercooked and the rice was hard. I attempted to call them but I kept getting a recording saying "your call did not go through". I will take them my receipt the next time I'm in the area and expect a total refund since I was unable to eat the food! There is no excuse for bad food from a chain restaurant such as Popeye's! And they have the gall to have a recording on their phone! The following Tuesday, January 2, 2024 I took my receipt back and told the manager what happened. She rudely said that I should have brought the food back. I explained that I threw it in the trash after trying unsuccessfully to call.
