Bulleez Fish and Wings Supreme — Restaurant in DeSoto

I'm not sure why the owner responded to my post and stated that they have no control over the prices increasing. I never even wrote a review. I just put 3 stars. The 3 stars was for the quality of food. Not the prices. Please let's get that clear!!! I posted this months ago, but will be doing another post for my experience TODAY. Now my experience today was terrible and has changed my rating from 3 stars to 1 star. If I could give no stars. I think that would be sufficient for the quality of food. I waited 35 minutes for a turkey burger. Not a basket. Not a combo. Just the burger. Then I get the burger and the bun is burnt and burger looked and tasted terrible. Who wants to eat a burnt bun? I mean if you aren't going to give quality work then dont have a business. This is my 3rd time giving this place a chance. My cut off is 3. I will not be returning because all 3 times the quality was poor. I don't mind paying any amount of money for good quality food. But they are overrated. Overpriced and I've tasted way better food. My husband had a shrimp basket the last time. 6 pieces of jumbo shrimp with fries for $17 and that food was not up to par either. Again. It's not about the money, but your quality of work needs to speak volumes and add up to your pricing. If you have been given the blessing of being able to open up a "black" owned business, then atleast show your higher power that you are grateful for the blessing by supplying good quality food, great customer service, and decent prices that equal the quality of food that you are serving your customers. Based on this picture that I've posted, that's most definitely not good...

I went today to get the chicken sandwich that was so awesome only a few days ago. My family got the burgers the first time and weren't impressed but because I bragged on the chicken sandwich so much, they wanted to try it as well. So I call the order in since I was in the area. The guy who picks up was so dry, I mean no customer service whatsoever. I tell him what I want and without asking what I wanted on it, gives me my total. I was like but you didn't ask how I want it. He says well it comes with pickles. I get off because I don't want offend the person preparing my food. I get there and the guy is still dry. I just pay for my food and ask him about getting the chicken sandwich with l, t, p, and o. He says we don't have no lettuce. I don't worry because I have lettuce at home. So I get home and open my wrapper to a tiny piece of chicken compared to what I had just the other day. It was hard, dry, and no flavor. The tomato was old looking...the bun was hard. The inside of the restaurant was hot, but I wasn't even tripping because I wasn't eating in, but this guy's attitude was so trash along with that chicken sandwich. I won't be returning. For the owner, I think you have a good restaurant but this cashier is the primary reason, I won't be returning to somewhere I spend my money only to deal with someone who seems upset that they had to work. This area doesn't have a lot of options as far as food and I was excited about finding Bullez, but...

I was tired after working in my yard all day so I tried Bulleez for the first time since it was close. I ordered 2 turkey burger baskets that included fries and a drink. I also ordered the 8pc jumbo wings(wings only).

The turkey burgers had a decent taste, however I could tell that they were not made in shop. They had a very generic, store bought taste. The fries tasted like they’d been under the lamp for a few hours. They were not hot and fresh at all.

The chicken wings were a nice size and were cooked fresh. So I was excited to sink my teeth into them. But after taking just one bite, I realized that they had only seasoned the flour/batter and the chicken itself had NO SEASONING whatsoever! I was so disappointed because they were hot and fresh but they just weren’t tasty enough for me. Very very bland meat. It was a waste of such a high quality chicken wing.

Lastly, the guy who took my order was quite subdued. His demeanor was as if he didn’t want to be there. I swear he must have been the boyfriend or husband to somebody who works there and was asked to just help out that day. He was unable to fully answer my questions about different menu items. And the more things I asked, the more frustrated he became as he would roll his eyes. He wasn’t welcoming at all. This place wasn’t horrible but I probably won’t go back because the food...
