MrJims.Pizza — Restaurant in DeSoto

I've been a avid fan of Mr Jim's Pizza since they first came out since I ever knew that was of Mr Jim's Pizza I usually order from the duncanville store but this time I ordered from the DeSoto store and there was a problem amongst problems amongst problems started off with me changing my order from a delivery to a pickup and the woman told me that I called her and made my order a pickup when I didn't also I ordered a pizza with pineapples on it and I never got my pineapples when I got there the lady told me to never call her again I believe her name was Carrie said she was the owner she was very rude I won't be ordering from there anymore I will just drive to duncanville and get my pizza from where...

Ordered 3 calzones with sauce and received 3 extremely saucy calzones that were falling apart and when we started to eat them we found hair in the food. We tried calling the store 5 times before 10pm and the recording stated they were closed at 940 but to press 1 for assistance and no one answered. We called over and over and received no assistance. This is the worst service I have received and for a pizza chain not to answer their phone or turn them off before closing makes me suspect that they purposely messed up my order and put hair in it.
