So I am a delivery driver and had a delivery from here I picked up the delivery and arrived at the address of the customer I notice that it had a delivery code on the order, I proceeded to call the customer, I let her know about the code where she then got very angry and told me there was no code and that she didn't order from grubhub I stated that most likely that the code was text to her, she angrily said I didn't get any code I stated to her that without the code I would have to return the order she said then do that. I proceeded to call grubhub while still in front on the home and told customer service the problem, customer service rep called the customer and received the same bad attitude and no cooperation from the customer, the customer service agent come back online with me told me that she will mark the order delivered and that I can throw the order away or keep it, all recorded. I receive a call from a lady from this coney stating that I stole the customer food I said no call grubhub and they will explain she said I did already, I ask then why did you say I stole what my company told me to throw away or keep. It was 10:23 when I ordered didn’t get food until 10:57. I asked for a cup of water the waitress told me 1.00.
