Bob's Pizza Palace Detroit — Restaurant in Detroit

I I ordered a Bob’s meat lovers no Italian sausages. The young lady took the order was very rude. She kept cutting me off as I was trying to tell her what I wanted. I pick up my order get home and it’s not What I ordered I was told today that it was a supreme, which is something that I don’t eat. I have ordered in many times for other people as far as parties at my home, but I don’t eat supreme so when I spoke to someone today and explain to her what I ordered she told me the girl had put the order in for supreme. I explained to her that’s not what I asked for. I asked for a Bob’s all meat lovers pizza no Italian sausages. Per her, the manager stated the policy is as long as you haven’t eaten too two or more slices out of it you can get it remake. I explained to her. I was so pissed off and mad that I threw the pizza in the Trash the manager got on the phone, explain to me the same policy I explain The pizza in the trash because it was not what I ordered, and I was pissed off because of how the order was taken, and the young lady was not listening, or she would’ve got my order correct she kept telling me what she said about the policy. I explained to her that I’ve been coming to Bob’s every since I was My father brought me there. I bring my kids there. I bring my grandkids there. Everyone that I know I recommend I tell everyone to go to Bob’s. I explained to her that right now I feel that your customer service is off. You can see that I’ve been coming to you for multiple years. Can see that and I also can see the multiple different orders that you have ordered different types of food correct I have I have parties. I have people to come to my home and I order pizza and they decide what they want and I order not pay for it. I have ordered $150 with the pizza at one time or more. She stated that the policy and there was nothing that could be done. That’s very poor customer service when you have someone that you can see that in order for you from you for years decades. Very poor customer service could’ve been handled way different. And everyone that I have referred to there as far as family and friends will know exactly what happened and I will tell them not to go there in regards to their customer service poor...

so i called to order and they don’t have delivery besides doordash which upcharges immensely. so i decided to call in. after calling in for a small pizza and four chicken tenders with fries, we receive our order with none of our sauces. we went back in and got them, however when we got home we were looking at our tenders and realized they are TINY. like so small might as well be a two piece, the pic i took looks better than they are trust. we paid fourteen dollars for a tender meal with what was advertised as a 1/2 pound of fries. yall… if you think the fries pictured are a half pound you are actually delusional. i feel so ripped off as i paid 40 dollars for a mediocre pizza and barely any chicken tenders or fries. edit: my girlfriend has grown up eating bobs pizza and hyped it up, as it has been delicious in the past. she says the new ownership has made it go downhill....

Taste so bad… make you wanna slap the manager ! Lol im sorry im from the east coast n traveled around the WORLD, eaten ghetto pizzas love it, nameless corner store pizza’s, to 7,11 pizza’s n ive never tasted pizza in my entire existence on this planet that needed SALT isn’t cheese supposed to be naturally salty at least ? Sauce needs some work aswell.. staff n every1 thumbs up 5 stars but that pizza doh👈dough see what i did their lol .. i will come back if you guys change the recipe mad pricey for flavorless pizza when i can go to NY n get a ghetto slice for a dollar as long as my arm with artery clogging, heart-stopping FLAVOR. Im not boujee lol just real .. Detroit need some better food spots n i have not experienced that here any recommendations other...
