Yes, I am black, which is why I'm taking the time to do my part to elevate a business as such. People are givinh you valuable feedback and you sound offended. Asking them if they say anything to other races. So, my brother or sister, this is my last attempt to provide you with sone constructive feedback.
Customer said too much batter: a more customer friendly response: My apologies it was not to your liking. We absolutely offer the option for our customers to order "with light batter" Try us again and let us know what you think.
Customer indicated they came twice and you were closed: Better response: We were giving our family & crew a much needed vacation. Thank you for the feedback; we will look jnto adding a vacation or extended closing recording to our voicemail.

Our last visit, unfortunately during, this pandemic - 5.22.20, was the first time I have ever had a concern or considered...that Oh! No!...we won't be able to come back here. 😣 I believe...everybody could or should love E&S...but everybody...don't care enough about others to follow the "safe distancing & mask" mandate. And IF Management...will not step in to support / enforce the directives, so that their patrons can be safe from possible contamination; Safe from arguments and altercations with others, when someone ask them to give the 6 ft courtesy distancing...or wear a mask...then...I have to ask myself...do Management even care? We're seniors and we have some underlining issues that help us to make prayerful, thoughtful decisions...or choices...about life and living. So, based on our last experience at E&S...we have decided...we won't patronize businesses...where its obvious "you just don't care". 😢 And yessss! I'm going to miss...
Read moreThis is my first time going here and I can say with a firm tone that it will be my last. I love to support my community and their businesses but today completely turned me off from supporting this particular business. The overall presentation was nice and the vibe of the area was cool. To the owner, you need to get rid of the counterwoman! I didn’t understand why she had a tone with us! Because it was our first time we didn’t know that they DONT take credit or debit cards ( preferably if you’ve been in business for 20+ yrs you should have some type of credit card system...it’s 2020 🙂) we had to leave and go get cash. We approached the counter and the woman had an angry-agitated tone as if we disrespected her in some way by telling her how we preferred our food to be cooked.
She was very unpleasant and not welcoming at all. The chef however was in the zone so no complaints but that counter woman completely turned me off from coming back.
All and all, the food was ok. I wish the shrimp would’ve been slightly seasoned before fried but honestly 14.50 for a dinner? I won’t be back. Thank you for the...
