KFC — Restaurant in Detroit

Horrible. On May 26, 2019. The shift that worker from 3-11pm customer service was rude, no communication with each other. I had to wait. Almost an hour. I got there. They had no breast cooked. (original or spicy). I ask how long. She said twenty minutes. I told her. I will wait in my car. After twenty minutes. I went back inside. Then the manager was on the register. I then told him. What I wanted. He said that they had no breast ready. I said what. The young female told me twenty. He told me that, when I left out and didn't place my order. They did do it. Then I place my order the manager. He said oh. We don't have any spicy breast ready. It will be another twenty minutes. So sat there for twenty more minutes. For him to tell me that they don't have any potatoes wedges. By this time. I'm furious, and they knew. The two heavy set lady talking back and forth. Like it was funny. I'm very disappointed. With this KFC on West McNichols and Schaefer. There service and attitude is very sad and horrible. Not satisfying. A lot of the customers that was waiting left. Because of there service. The employees there need to be let go. Or retrain or FIRED. I will never go in that place again. My...

My cashier’s name was Kaysha I ordered a Crispy Colonel sandwich fill up and I told her to add mac and cheese and to give me a leg and thigh.

Next thing I know, she gave me what SHE wanted, I got my Sandwich, but NO fries. If I recall, the fill up comes with fries and an additional side was $1.00. She also gave me a leg and thigh $5 fill up with NO fries.

What I received:

Sandwich combo without fries A leg and thigh combo with no fries and mashed potatoes.

Basically, my whole order was messed up, so I went back to confront her about no fries and she said “Well you said you wanted mac and cheese”, A DUUH I wanted mac and cheese, but I never said substitute my fries for mac and cheese, if I recall, ADDITIONAL FOOD IS $1.00.

So she had a nasty attitude and I was NOT feeling it because I didn’t want to start an argument or fight, so I left.

Watch out for this one, some teens can’t listen for sh**. That’s why you go to college, kids. Also, if you’re gonna go to a resturaunt, THEN...

The store was clean and organized. The cashier expressed the store was out of dark meat and proceeded to offer what was left. The fries were dry and old tasting like they'd been sitting out for a while. The communication was poor and seemed like the store reps were more interested in their cell phones than taking orders or assisting guests in the lobby. One senior citizen expressed he didn't know how to use the screen to order and was assisted by another guest instead of the store staff. After a long day helping patients at the hospital, the service could have been a positive instead of a meh. I hope they improve on this as it is the only non burger establishment directly outside of Sinai hospital and could be a much better experience with better communication and service.
