This place was just sad to me. First I am a door dasher I waited for 35 minutes for an order they already told door dash was complete. I was fine waiting but when I asked about it I was continuously told to wait with explanation or a time frame. While waiting I witnessed an extremely unprofessional environment form around me. The workers were extremely rude and off putting. They would not answer times or how much longer just it’s in the oven. I understand sometimes they can’t give time frames but there’s no need to be rude and short tempered with customers. However the most unprofessional thing happened due to a hostel customer. Although I understood why she was upset as like everyone else she was waiting for her order for a very long time. Anyways, the customer got upset when another lady came in and brought all the ready to go food. She said all the food the lady brought was her order. She got loud the customer did shouting and carrying on. I excepted her to be refunded and asked to leave as that should have come to pass due to her behavior but instead another employee decided to start yelling and screaming back. I understand it was a difficult situation but I deal with difficult people all the time in job as I interface intercity with the public and I have never threatened or told them to met me outback then. When you are working you are a professional, your behavior affects everybody if a fight had broken out in there that is a very small room and people would have been hurt. It was unnecessary for the employee to continue to goad the very hostile and upset customer it made a very difficult and uncomfortable environment for all there that an employee felt it was appropriate to tell a customer to met her outback then by the dumpster she said. The manager however handle everything as best she could and I appreciate she tried to settle the matter by getting the customer out of the store as quickly as possible. Read moreThis Little Caesar's located at Grand River and Warwick im Rosedale Park Subdivision has all the amenities of a suburban location. The food is great service is equally as good. However, they can put a little more enthusiasm in in their attitudes and work ethics and for those that work here START SHOWING UP ON TIME DON'T LEAVE YOUR COWORKERS SHORT STAFFED. The managet needs to step up and start hiring people who want to work and enjoy the job enough to care. I witnessed food packages recieved just tossed inside the door by the cashier no air conditioning in lobby for customers on a day that reached 91 degrees. The lack of a public restroom and the floor somewhat unclean in the cooking area. This is on the owner/ management. It was not dirty to the extreme to cause your eyes to buck but they can tidy up a bit more and move a little faster to get orders ready for customers. That's the purpose of HOT-N-READY. The customer comes in orders a hot n ready in and out under 2 to 3 minutes. While the above are just things I noticed and is a hint for the owner and management to work on getting better the place is fantastic just has the wrong management because it says that by the employees lacksidaisy(sic) attitudes. This must be corrected immediately. At any time there should be at least 4 pizza's ready to go. However, the pizza's are so delicious they can't keep them in the hot box, this is good because you're guaranteed a hot fresh delicious pizza or wings when you come here. This not like other locations where food sets for hours, here its fresh and hot; so despite the wait time (usually 5-10 minutes) IT'S WORTH THE WAIT! Call ahead to prevent the wait. So as a food critic/secret shopper I'm giving them 5 out of 5 STARS congratulations!! Manager tall guy with locs told a customer and I quote " I can refund your bread because its messed up but I'm not making it again! (mind you she's a senior citizen and had been waiting over an hour she had a pizza crazy bread and cheese bread i suppose from the boxes i saw) in a very demining tone and to add when he did decide to give the customer a refund for his mistake he decided to refund her WHOLE order tossed the receipt through the lil glass and went and threw her whole order in the garbage. This action was non provoked the manager was frustrated because he was under staffed and this I know because he kept repeating it and complaining when the customers would ask how long on online orders unpaid and paid and door dash and even to the point he told the lobby "IF IT AINT PAID FOR IM NOT MAKING IT!!!!! I waited over and hour that was placed online and to add when receiving my food the Italian cheese bread was old and dry and they again lied and said they came out the same time yet box was warm like don't lie the box was not fresh and to add when asking the cahier to add butter and parm handled the food rough as if i aske her much she was the worst experience at any little caesars in detroit very nasty and unprofessional!!!!!
