THE MIDNIGHT WAITRESS IS SOOOO TERRIBLE..HER ATTITUDE WAS NASTY AND SHE ANSWERED THE PHONE WITHOUT EVEN SAYING HOLLYWOOD CONEY.. WHEN WE PICKED OUR ORDER UP I CHECKED MY FOOD AND TOLD HER MY BUN WAS HARD AND THE MEAT WAS PINK SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME THERES NOTHING SHE CAN DO ABOUT IT AND LAUGHED AND WALKED AWAY FROM THE WINDOW ..WHEN I CALLED TO ASK HER TO COME BACK TO THE WINDOW SHE SAID NOPE IM ON BREAK AND LAUGHED AGAIN THEN HUNG UP..... MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE EVER!!!!!!! YALL NEED TO CHOOSE YALL EMPLOYEES BETTER INSTEAD OF JUST HIRING SOMEONE BECAUSE THEY SAY THEY GOT EXPERIENCE!!!! One of the better Coney Islands in the area. The burgers and fries are great. Only downside is it is drive thru only. People without vehicles are always coming up to drive thru window to get their food. Sometimes these folks be looking kind of shady and this is Detroit after all. Just would be better if they had some kind of window or would open the door for walk-ins so that they are not at the drive thru window. Also when you go to pick up your order if the car in front of you did not call in, you have to wait for their order to complete before you get yours. My food has always been hot no matter how long I wait so this has not been an issue for me yet. Much better than Nasty Rios on Gratiot and...
