The white castle on Graciot n french road in Detroit where I live has terrible customer service store #040048 team member #1166 on February9th @3:31 Drive thru first thing I pull up too the order board and instead of getting "welcome to white castle can I take your order". I get what u want n couldn't understand anything after that very unpleasant visit then i wasn't even done with my order still trying too understand the employee He kept cutting me off trying to give me a total before i was finished giving my order I had too repeat myself at least 5 times before I finally got the order in then I pull too the window n the bags were basically thrown at me my change was also thrown at me all the lose change fell on the ground and didnt get im sorry or thanku have a nice day just slamed the window in my face . I'M A PAYING CUSTOMER IF WE AS CUSTOMERS DID NOT COME TO THE ESTABLISHMENT HOW WOULD THE BUSINESS STAY OPEN N THERE FOR HOW WOULD THEY HAVE A JOB I DONT THINK THE EMPLOYEES ARE THINKING THAT WAY WITHOUT OUR BUSINESS THERE WOULD B NO JOB THERE FOR THEM N IF THEY KEEP ATTITUDES LIKE THAT THEY WILL NOT HAVE ANY. My food was hot and tasty but the experience of ordering food from someone uninterested, slightly rude, more concerned with playing with staff than in what your saying or asking, does not make you want to spend your money there. I couldn't even ask for sauce or a straw cause the young lady turned her back to me after handing me my food and stood there with her back turned to the drive-through playing around with other staffers.
