Well I only been there twice. First time I went the drive thru was open, but the inside was closed. What if someone didn't have a car and wanted to get a coffee and they are catching the bus. They cant get serviced? really dumb system. I got a coffee and asked for 2 creams and 2 sugars Like I always get at other Tim Horton's. It taste like the coffee was watered down and it taste like all sugar. disgusting. I didn't receive a coaster and my hand literally was burning and I almost dropped it. I called to complain about the coffee and the coaster and the manager said you have to ask for a coaster. That's like asking for a lid for the coffee. She didn't apologize or tell me to enjoy another cup on my next visit or come back for a remake. Then I said ok well you have a great day and I literally heard the phone slam no your welcome no im sorry no nothing. The staff appears to be rude including the manager. My second visit was today. got a coffee and a bagel. The bagel was so hard you know it was old. The coffee again was too sweet. That would be my last time going there. It appears they are reselling food they didn't sell the day before. You can tell the freshness when you taste it and it taste old and hard. I'm not going to call to complain because the manager acts like she don't give a fk. I WILL STICK TO THE ONE IVE BEEN GOING TO 8 MILE HARPER WOODS WHERE THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND THINGS ARE FRESHER BECAUSE I SEE THINGS IN THE OVEN AND I CAN GO INSIDE AND SEE THEM MAKE IT. NEVER AGAIN!!!!! 10/9 was craving a coffee and I waited 11 minutes for a coffee. They stated they don't have any bake good they are being made now. Why is it the one in Eastpointe have the goods ready and they don't. people start work at 5am 8am so why wouldn't they be available. no one really wants donuts and bake good after. Coffee and bake good for morning shifters. I was told they have new hours 730am to close and they will be open from now on from the inside. I ran to the front and the door was locked. I got in line and two more cars was ahead along with the longer line. I called while I was in line to speak to a manager and the manager said they were short staffed but she opened the door. The line was one way in and one way out so I couldn't get out of line to run inside. Why wasn't the door open in the first place. Once again I give this place the benefit of the doubt and they failed me again. 10/17 I tried going in the inside for a coffee wants again because I wanted one bad they were closed in the inside. The store manager told me rudely that they don't open the inside while its dark. All these excuses they make not to open the inside of this store. They are short staffed its too dark and the manager have a smart mouth. Her name starts with a L and she wont give me her name. there are at least 5 workers there a supervisor and a store manager and they cant open the inside. ?? they are out of bake goods too so why are you open???? You can service through the drive thru in the dark but not open the inside and service. Ps if your ordered is screwed up guess what??? you have to wait in line again with 10-12 cars ahead to get it corrected because they refuse to open the inside. Read moreI decided to stop by this location after work for a quick pick me up before heading to class and was greeted at the drive thru intercom by a very rude worker. She first began yelling "I CAN'T HEAR You," before I had even began my order. I then replied with my order and she yelled the same thing again stating she could not hear me and then began using profanity in a lower tone as if I could not hear her through the intercom. At this point I'm confused and also a little upset at the customer service and her actions. However I state my order loud enough for her And anyone roaming around the area to hear, which was a simple Oreo Frappuccino. Then she yells" Well Do You Want Whipped cream?" And I reply, "Yes". I then proceed to the window and then appears a woman frowning. I ask if she was the one who took my order and she replied yes. I said what is the problem because you were yelling at me for no apparent reason, cursing and just plain MAD and that's not a proper way to treat customers. And she just stands there as if nothing I'm saying matters so I tell her that I don't even want the drink anymore and I leave. I called the store to speak with a manager to explain what happened and she says she did hear how she heard everything and that she apologized for her. She said her name was Kathy. Read moreI came to Tim hortons today before going on my job site and asked for a large coffee with 4 cream and 3 sugars in it and for 6 sugar packs. Plus for a large chill and asked for cheese to be in it, and to have a whole bread and not a piece of bread. Well I didn't get what I ask for in my coffee because they put a favor creamer and i have allergic reaction to Hazel nuts and it wasn't the original creamer, then they put more sugar then the 3 I asked them to put in. I asked for sugar packs just in case it's wasn't enough, and i can sweeten to my like don't like treating a lot of sugar in my coffee. Third issue, when I ask for a whole bread I would pay extra, I'm not like other people and won't pay for it. Four the asked for cheese and didn't get it in the chill I broke that was water down.
