Food is fair in quality, though they tend to vary a lot in terms of the sauce for things like the Georgia Gold and Nashville hot chicken. One time it will be swimming in a pool of sauce, another it will just barely have any sauce on it to see or taste. About 1 in 5 times they seem to get it right. Forget getting a large drink, all they stock are mediums. If there's more than a couple of cars in their lot, you may want to skip them. I am not sure why, but this KFC seems to get more than the normal amount of people who don't decide what they want to order until they are at the register, and expect the staff to figure out either how much food they can afford, or what's the most that they can get. This makes the line inside and out creep despite the best efforts of the staff. The same goes for the mile long mess of special orders and requests... For example, while I was waiting in line today during my lunch break, a guy wanted the eight piece meal, but it had to be in boxes, and not the normal bucket, along with wanting specific pieces regular, or spicy, and then expected the staff to box it a specific way, like he was going to turn it in to 4 individual meals. I looked inside my box to make sure the order was correct. Since, I had been their a week prior and order the same order. However, when I got home inside my box was 2 thighs, & 2 legs. They gave me dark meat instead of what I ordered. Therefore, this time I checked my order before leaving. Sure enough they gave me 2 thighs & 2 legs. I returned it to the worker and explained that the order was wrong. She told me that I didnāt specify what pieces I wanted. I told her I ordered the $10.00 meal deal and itās already listed what pieces of meat and sides that come with it. Then another employee comes from behind her angry and rudely aggressively shouting to me that he put the chicken in the box and one of those pieces is a breast. He continued fussing about the chicken as I waited. When he went to the back he brought the chicken back he was still angry and upset. My experience was horrible I threw the food in the trash when I got home. I didnāt feel that it was safe to eat. I will never go there again. This happened...

After placing my order (ticket #1988), there was a prolonged silence. While I tried to get her attention, she came over the speaker to give me a barrage of excuses for the silence.
Once that was over, I proceeded to the pickup window but she tried to stop me from fully getting there. Her reason for doing that is a complete mystery to me. I simply ignored her and procceded to the window to pay for my order.
While giving her my card, she literally snatched it out of my hand! When she returned it, I let her know that I will be lodging a complaint with management. She didn't seem the least bit bother and stated that she knows management too. After getting my food, I drove off and vowed to never, ever patronize that location again! Somebody needs to do something...
