Food is fair in quality, though they tend to vary a lot in terms of the sauce for things like the Georgia Gold and Nashville hot chicken. One time it will be swimming in a pool of sauce, another it will just barely have any sauce on it to see or taste. About 1 in 5 times they seem to get it right. Forget getting a large drink, all they stock are mediums. If there's more than a couple of cars in their lot, you may want to skip them. I am not sure why, but this KFC seems to get more than the normal amount of people who don't decide what they want to order until they are at the register, and expect the staff to figure out either how much food they can afford, or what's the most that they can get. This makes the line inside and out creep despite the best efforts of the staff. The same goes for the mile long mess of special orders and requests... For example, while I was waiting in line today during my lunch break, a guy wanted the eight piece meal, but it had to be in boxes, and not the normal bucket, along with wanting specific pieces regular, or spicy, and then expected the staff to box it a specific way, like he was going to turn it in to 4 individual meals. All the while the line went from two people to stretch to the back of the restaurant with people sitting because it was taking so long.
