Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

$16 Batman combo pizza order was supposed to come with sauce for the Batman calzone and the crazy bread. They claim the Dasher ran out before they could give them the sauce but at what point is the restaurant held accountable and responsible for making sure that the order is complete with all condiments silverware napkins etc? I also got no napkins just the pizza the bread and a lukewarm mountain dew 😒 they tell me there's no way to credit it but that I could come up to the store and pick up the sauce myself. I had a delivery order for a reason. I'm a person who's disabled so I can't drive that was the whole purpose of me having a delivery set up. Then not to mention the calzone pizza looks like that just threw it in the box and shuke it on one side. I get that it's a pizza joint but presentation is everything. For $16, I definitely expected better from a chain I order from often all around the city. Won't order from this location ever again. I'll stick to Highland Park or Davison before ordering...

This location is near to my house but I will still drive to another one. The cashiers definitely need some customer service training. One more than the other (young girl with the red hair). Very rude, attitude, unprofessional, using profanity and not to mention will have you waiting when your order is actually ready. The food isn't bad but the first point of contact (The cashiers) will have you not wanting to return. Just because the location is in what's considered to be the "hood" doesn't mean it has to be ran that way. I guess it's hard to find employees or maybe she/they are related to the manager. I thought it was just me but then I actually observed she was rude with EVERYONE! If I couldn't give this location 0...

No cashier upon entering. The cook saw me at counter and avoided eye contact for several minutes then walked to back of store without acknowledging me. A few minutes later he returned to station telling the cashier she has a customer. The Buller proof glass made communication difficult and the cashier had no knowledge of the Lions combo I ordered. Which is directly in front of her cash register. Needless to say neither did the cook. Who then came out to customer side to see what I was talking about. The whole ordeal took 20 minutes to order my food and 15 minutes to make my food. At 11am and I'm the only customer in the building. ...
