Olympia Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

I have been coming to Olympia for years and they have lost a loyal tipping customer. Yesterday I came in for two breakfasts. When I made it to work I found that one of the orders was wrong. I called up there and was told  I would have to bring the food back to get my money back. I of course was at work on the Westside so that wasn't feasible but I said that I could come when j got off work at 7pm and they said they would make a note and I would get my refund. I came in after work with the food untouched and waited over 10 minutes to then be told that they don't see a note about it so I couldn't get a refund I would have to COME BACK AGAIN in the morning. This is completely unexceptable especially when I am not the one that made the error. I returned this morning and the ladies that generally serve me acted like oh well we can't issue a refund because the manager isn't here. This is ridiculous. Someone on your staff should be able to take care of your customers when your company messes up. One of the waitresses made multiple calls and finally reached the manager and was able to get my refund. It should not take all of this yo get rectified something that was NOT my issue to begin with. I will not be returning. As a customer all is well when I'm paying my money and receiving the expected service but a company shows their true colors when it comes to taking care of their customers and this restaurant staff...

Poor customer service Everytime I come here waiting to be served or even to be spoken to. When it's not even busy it's sad and this is bad for business. I ordered two Greek grilled chicken salads and the first girl I spoke with on the phone was extremely rude because I wanted my total before heading up to Olympia coney. Then I was on hold for 3 minutes -5 minutes waiting for my total and a different girl picks up the phone and ask what I wanted I had to repeat myself. I know they did something to my food that's why I asked for a refund for one of those salads that belonged to me. Lying to a customer who wants to speak with the manager over the phone. 5 minutes later I arrived for my refund before stepping foot out the door then the two rude girls behind the counter shouting at me asking if I still want to speak with the manager after they call their self resolving this issue In which I thought you just told me over the phone the manager wasn't here and no you can't speak with a manager. Sad they hire incompetent people like this. The chicken was cold and disgusting like the cook did something to my food and it's crazy because I ordered a Greek numberous times before but yesterday it taste completely different the two girls and the cook apparently shouldn't be working in this industry. Bullying customers is not okay. And you actually think your going to get away with it....

My name is Quitta.. I’ve been coming to this establishment for as long as I can remember. But lately I’ve been having a few issues with my orders. These mistakes are done on purpose. I work 2 jobs and I’m a manager at both. I’ve called several times trying to speak to the owner and every time I have no results. My last straw was Friday when I came in to pick up my call in order. Which was a grill chicken peta no lettuce no tomato add Swiss, America cheese and bacon with 3 packs of French dressing.. A young lady had also called in the same order as me. When the first peta came up the two cashiers started to whisper saying is this hers? Talking about me? Just rude and very unprofessional!! The other cashier said yeah. The bag felt really light as it did the last past 4 times I’ve came there smh it was more peta then anything well I did see the cheese.. I got out my car went back in and asked for a refund because I refuse to pay $10.23 cents for bread only. Even when I come in with my work uniform on they purposely don’t put silverware in my bag. Yes there is another Conley island up the street but I choose to eat at this establishment. I still give you 4 starts because I know you...
