The customer service needs to be learned in this Subway. I dont see why if you are tired or having a bad day you cant check that at the door when you start your shift. I was serviced by the most rude cashier and sandwhich maker i came across in awhile. I was both respectful clear with my order & ignored both girls attitudes with kindness, however in the end I still do feel the rudeness will make me think twice when wanting subway and in that area to just keep going the tasty sandwich isnt worth the rude negative behavior that almost can dampen your day...and did I mention the lobby has ropes all around and the rugs are always rolled up as if customers are being discuraged to eat in the lobby. Also dont bother to ask a question on price flavors or anything else you will be met with sucked teeth rolled eyes smart alick words and statements like "you cant see its posted there". Being a cashier is more than money handling ...its making the customer feel happy to spend money at the establishment hints the words no workers seem to say anymore ...(THANK YOU PLEASE COME AGAIN) if you like avoiding human contact please work in stock do us all a favor 😆 👏...
Read moreThis place was a major disappointment. I have had a Subway craving for over a week now. Today was my first visit to this particular store because it was in route and took online orders (per the Subway app). I arrived to pick up my 2 orders and was told only one was received and ready. After going back and forth with the help, the manager then the owner several times, they finally located the order then apologizes and states we don’t do online orders. You could only imagine my frustration. After the owner considers making my food, he demands to see the credit card used for online purchase before actually doing so. I didn’t have it on me so had to go back to the truck then back in…meanwhile first two sandwiches are getting cold. Yeah I wanted to just say forget it but I was too ill and too tired to stop else where. Read moreThe worst customer service ever. Went with my son, mom, and niece after an airport run so of course the kids are struggling to decide what they want. Other than that nothing crazy on our end for the worker to be smacking his lips and being rude while taking our order. Out of nowhere he asked if I was paying with an ebt card, seems as though he was hoping to deny us service or something and that was wild disrespectful to ask that. I’ve never even owned one.
