Absolute worst experience with the whole entire staff. They all need to be replaced I cant even began to explain the terrible rude unprofessional and extremely ghetto service me and my husband received. They were completely disrespectful to us both my husband went in there to pick up an online order I placed. He didn't specifically know the exact site I ordered from but he did tell them my name. They keep asking him what site and he didn't know and left his phone at home. So he had to drive back home and wake me up so I could go back to restaurant which ticked me off. I get up there and was presented with an instant attitude from the counter person. She instantly cuts me off and tells the cook to come out and he was as rude as her. He gone tell me that my husband didn't know which site. Well I was the only person in the damn place and im looking at 7 online orders. U telling me u couldn't turn around and look for Angel. Made us go thru all the disrespectful tongue from them and called me crazy saying that I didn't have an order there. Then I pulled up my phone then they all looking crazy. My order came up to 72.79 it wasn't no small order so I asked for my money back they tell me to call doordash for it and asked me to leave. Then had the nerve to proceed to talk about me in my face while im in the lobby calling me delusional and all. Sad part is its always your own people this is why I spend my money outside the hood cause they just dont deserve our business. I guess thats why it was empty we will see how long them attitudes gonna keep them doors open. Its so many other places out here with better customer service and food I will never patronize this...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this Lou's Deli location today. I placed my order in advance, expecting it to be ready when I arrived. However, I still had to wait after arriving. Rather than waiting in my car, I chose to wait inside the store.
While waiting, I witnessed the cashier give my order to another customer. That customer proceeded to go through my food. Once the cashier realized the mistake, she quickly retrieved the bag and placed it back on the counter, clearly hoping I hadn’t noticed what just happened. I had to point it out to her—she knew she was caught.
I then asked for a refund, but no manager came out to address the issue or offer an apology. The lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location is unacceptable.

Read moreThis was a tough one. The food was great as always BUT how is it that they have a sign about if you don't wear a mask they won't serve you?! Well there were at least 4 workers behind the counter NOT WEARING MASKS AT ALL!!! From the unenthusiastic young lady taking orders at the register, to the guys walking around making food, no one was wearing a mask! One guy at least had one under his chin but clearly not on his face. When I got my order I prayed over my food like it was my last because if it wasn't famished, I would've just turned around and walked out. Come one now, practice what you preach if you want people to patronize your establishment.
