It’s gonna be a hell no for me! Went last night for my sister’s birthday dinner. It was 9 of us and we and waited 45 minutes only to have to eat from the “after 9pm” menu which was disappointing in it self. Menu seemed to have a good selection but a little over priced. Waited OVER AN HOUR food this bar menu food. The collard greens were SOUR. I sent that ish back IMMEDIATELY after the first taste. I ain’t even need a second bite to confirm the ish was nasty asf! Taste like they use too much vinegar cleaning their greens and said f-it and didn’t wanna start over. I had the waiter remove that from my bill Expeditiously👏🏾 The catfish nuggets was the only item good but it was served in this small bowl that held like 7 and they were super small asf. The “ loaded potato skins” are COMICAL! There is nothing loaded bout it. Suppose to come with sour cream, cheese and chives. Bacon is +$3. These potato skins look like some frozen reheated old tv dinner. Then had the AUDACITY to add a flower on it. So after waiting over an hour for food, the food is nasty omg. The macaroni is not good either. It giving very much Kraft baked. Like everyone at our table sent some food back cuz it was just nasty. It’s very beautiful in there. The music is a vibe. But it’s only so much singing and drinks we can consume on a empty stomach so to finally get our food and it’s nasty was disappointing. I honestly won’t be back. Our waiter I think his name was Justin or Brice he was super nice and understanding. I know it wasn’t his fault. It’s the same prices as Savanah blue and southern fires- just go there TRUST ME. It was my birthday dinner and it was no dinner. We literally were there at 7 o’clock. Some of my party didn’t arrive there till 720 so I understood about everybody needed to be there to be seated, but we had My Grandson with me so we could not sit in the lounge area, which I understood that but the service was horrible. We finally was able to sit down to a table about 8:15 pm appetizers for the four of us that receive the appetizers came at 9:30 by 9:45 Half of my dinner party had canceled what they ordered Paid for their cocktails and walked out. My media family attempted to stay, but by 10 :20 our dinner still had not came. When one of my family members ask the greeter was there any way she could possibly ask how much longer would it be before we receive our food? The young lady attempted to turn to her and responded so negativity until at that moment I was literally ready to go. There was no more waiting.and we were gone by 10:30 the rudeness of the greeter at the front door Was unbelievable. This place has the potential to be a marvelous dine in restaurant and lounge. The owners seriously need to reevaluate their cooking staff and their greeter at the door. Their greeter sets the tone for a person‘s experience in their establishment. Sometimes we can be our own worst enemy the owner she was in the building she never came over to apologize. She never gave any reason for the service that we received the waitress that waited on us. I made a reservation on last night 9/20 for 8pm for my friends birthday. It was a small party of 4. We were greeted by a friendly hostess that sat us immediately. Once my party was seated it went down hill from there. We sat for at least 20 min with NO waitress, NO water, NO nothing...wait staff didn't even acknowledge us! I had to flag down a waitress so she could at least take our drink order. She got us our waters fairly quickly, but it took another 10-15 min for our drinks. Our cocktails were good, but my nephew ordered a coke and it looked like ice tea! it was nothing but carbonated water! We had to flag our waitress down again for her to switch it out, that's when she politely stated that their pops are gross and she suggest the juice or lemonade! So while we had her we all placed our order with her. She brought back the lemonade and the rest was HISTORY. She never came back to check on us we waited over 35min for our food that NEVER came, we asked the hostess that was wearing a beautiful green two piece suit could she check... she said she would and she never came back!! people at the bar that came in after us received their food in timely fashion! I don't know what the issue was that night. But COMMUNICATION is KEY if you are short staffed say so, if the food is taking a little bit longer than usual come back to your table and give an update! This was a HORRIBLE experience and we all was looking forward to patronizing this establishment... needless say we left by 9:15pm with no food and still hungry and this was a special...
