Yes l have a problem with the the McDonald's on Grandriver and Livernoise off 96 freeway in Detroit Michigan 48204 they are very distrespected and rude to the customers they took over 26 to 30 minutes for the person to get there food and there order that's a long time a lot of people was complaining about this young lady that was on the cashier she got a smart mouth and she truly don't need to be in that kind of busy working she doesn't know to deal with the public she don't know how to respect people it's a shame that when your food of how this ungodly person (worker) talk to the customer. especially the one that was on the cashier around 2 :00 pm.Because the customer said that she would like to have her money back the manager and that's when she got upset and told the customer that she couldn't get her money back and they don't do refunds I never heard of this mess! Plus the customer has their rights! If they were unsatisfied, because the lady order had taken over 26 to 35 minutes that's almost a half an hour and she fought her with words she should have just went on gave her her money she has asked three or four times can I have my refund she told her no and start complaining when I first came in there the other customer was complaining that they didn't ask for a vanilla milkshake that she asked for strawberry wow did she say oh my gosh and this too much,! And people need to stop complaining that's a waste of money and a waste of ice cream that we have to throw away because the customer is unhappy that's not fair to the cashier that's she said this to the lady, she was very nasty and very disrespectful I did not like that at all my food was dry it was. The meat was dry the bread was hard the fries were hard first time they had a pancake for us for just a hamburger they gave the bottom part the right part but the top part was a pancake it was unbelievable She's So Mean and disrespectful to people she has no respect for adults or anyone else in there I don't think I will ever do business back there again I'm not going to be mistreated or talk to any kind of way and I was just so sad, she had so much anger and taking it out on the customer cuz whatever they was going through do you think that was fair no my hamburger was bold but that's okay. I hope and pray that she doesn't be the case of your business to be lost the children playing in the play room the alarm goes off because there's no supervision in there from the workers that work at the parents are sitting on their behind outside that's not right you couldn't hardly eat your food just not right of how workers just don't have any respect whom it May concern the place is just...

The outside is nasty the inside is nasty. Do we really have a board of health? If so why are they still open? Every time I got there the service is terrible and the food is nasty. Once I went there to the drive thru and I can hear the workers over the intercom having a very sexual conversation. So I said "Hello" (not in my Adele voice!) And then I hear somebody say "forget them, anyway" and they went back to their conversation. so I said hello again then the one worker who was being silence said how may I help you very unfriendly as if I was disturbing them at work. so I begin the place my order literally everything that I ordered they said they didn't have any. So I asked what do they have they told me at the current time they did not have anything which was absolutely unbelievable. I was very upset I really wanted to pull up to the drive-thru and snatch somebody out the window because I knew that they were lying just to get out of working, but I know that that would not have done anything to help the situation. The managers are a joke they are in cahoots with the workers and simply do not care. By them serving halfway cooked food this is a very big danger to the community and the hundreds of people that they service daily. I really wish that these workers could see the negative effects that they have on the community working in these positions and I wish that McDonald's would do...

As I proceeded to the pay window, I ask the clerk what was I charged, that has my total so high. Ahe hunched her shoulders and say idk that what's its ringing up. So I proceeded to inform her my subtotal is $10.00. With tax it's $10.60. She said idk but this is what its saying. I asked for a supervisor and she come over playing with the register and say or our happy meals are not $3.00. I reply and say that what your sign say out here. Ahe leaves and go get "the General Manager ". The Manager states to me oh its cause you asked for apple juice. š¤š¤š¤ isn't apple jusice an option for happy meals? No it's like when you buy breakfast it's a up charge. Um no mam apple juice is an option with a happy meal, she no it's not it's only a soft drink, no mam it's a soft drink, milk or apple juice. And if you want bottled water it's an upcharge. So I say how about this mam ring up the happy meal by itself and see what it totals. She responds we can't do that it will confuse the cookš³š³.
