McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru for pick up. I was told to pull up but the person at the second window didn't know where my order was. Eventually, they found it but said it was cancelled. Honestly at that point I had no idea what was going on I was charged for the order, I had my order on my phone, and the order code. The manager asked me to pull up and I waited 20 minutes. Keep in mind I have ordered four sandwiches. I watches as they served three other customers and noone had come back to even talk to me. Finally, I went to the door and rang the door bell because at this point I didn't know if they had my order anymore or if I needed to reorder or what was going on. All the employees just looked at me then went back to what they were doing. One girl was on her phone and the manager just continued serving other customers. After waiting a few more minutes without being acknowledged I rang the bell again only to be met with nasty glares and a shooing hand motion from the manager who rolled her eyes and walked away. I walked in to use the women’s bathroom and there was blood all over the toilet seat there was only 2 stalls and the second one didn’t have toilet paper. The stall that I Was able to use was completely disgusting. I will never use the bathroom there again 👎🏻. I don’t always use public bathrooms so I put toilet paper down. The trash can was completely full and filled with doo doo and bloody toilet paper I wanted to throw up.. There was trash and little pieces of toilet paper everywhere it stuck to my shoes. Everything was so sticky and disgusting I tried not to touch anything. The people that were working there were laughing it up and didn’t even care for the people in the lobby. As I was walking by, all the tables and floor were so sticky n nasty I didn’t even want to be in there. I didn’t even wanna go pee there but I had to soo bad. I love my city and it just really disappointed me fr that they didn’t care for their customers smh… completely ghetto and...

I come here pretty often and honestly have never been treated so poorly by an employee. Busy for lunch rush and someone called my bag I was missing fries a sandwich and sauces, I had mentioned it and this older black lady snaps that it was not done. How would I know that when another employee handed me the bag?? So I wait for the fries and other things and I get them. I ask her for more ketchup packet and she calls for someone else to help me while shes LITERALLY standing in front of the sauces. So incredibly rude. Someone had to reach over her to get me the ketchup. She probably shouldn't be in the front if shes gunna be so disrespectful maybe some further training on how to interact with customers.

A manager stopped me as I was leaving and let me vent to her, she was really apologetic and made me feel heard I really appreciate her taking the time to make it right. Wish I caught here name but it was very much...
