Iâm very disappointed in the service I received.The cashier was very rude and elderly lady working along side another employee.Let me start by saying I understand being short staffed.She was very rude to a customer because she asked for another batch of fries because hers were cold.The cashier stated these fries are hot while touching them might I add.Another gentleman was waiting for his food and didnât hear the cashier call him to retrieve his food.And she was very nasty with him. I was left standing about 5 minutes ago which wasnât a problem understanding sheâs the only cashier working.Once done the cashier return and ask had I been helped. I stated no mam.And I ask how was she doing.Very rudely she says âIâm tryna to hurry up cause Iâm the only cashier here.You was about to have to go threw the drive threwâ what do you want. I smiled and said I donât want anything.Heading to the door sheâs tells another customer Iâm just mad. I wasnât mad about anything.Moral of the story the customer asking how youâre doing should never lead to an employer losing money.Because how you rudely dismissed a customer.    Read moreTerrible customer service every time and if you have an issue with a mobile app pickup order, McDonaldâs has nothing in place to speak to the company directly - they only direct you to handle it with that restaurant you ordered from. There have been multiple times the restaurant was unable to fulfill my already paid for meal and then tell me Iâm responsible for cancellation and refund but thereâs literally no way to do so . It is the responsibility of that restaurant to do so and THEY NEVER HANDLE IT. I lost $12 today because they said their was nothing they could do for a refund and they couldnât fulfill the order because the system was down. That may not be their fault but theyâre telling customers they have to handle the refund and cancellation themselves when it states clear as day in the App FAQs that the testa is responsible for this.
