McDonald's — Restaurant in Detroit

I was bringing a friend through the drive through. I had an interesting experience. My friend made a mistake but she was adamant the last time she went to that McDonald's they told her that was how it was done. They asked if she was using the app. I didn't know they did that myself. She responded by saying "yes, I may" she ordered and we got to the guy who takes the money. She informed him that she used the app and the price should do. Note that she has not paid yet. He tells her that's not how this works. She argued, this is how they told me to do last time. He looked at me and said, you're friend doesn't understand what I'm saying. Could you explain this to your friend. She's a woman and I'm a man. He's a man. It just seemed to me that he was suggesting that because she is a woman and I'm a man that I can understand. The fact is she didn't misunderstand anything. She said this is how she was told it was supposed to be done. She had to finish her app choices before she paid. That makes sense to me. He was supposed to be taking her order but someone else was and he was incapable of making any changes and he didn't want to go to the other person to have it done. Well to start my family and I go here all the time each time hopung it will be better. A week ago we stopped there before leaving for vacation. I was greeted by a cashier who kept tapping her fingernails at me. ( very rude) then as i am ordering, she keeps saying is that all? ( even ruder) All the while the manager is outside on her cell phone. Its also busy during this time. The workers in back are all complaining about not wanting to be there, using crude language( profanity) and dancing around. At this point lots of people are getting upset. 5 people who came in after me received their orders first. If you have children i would not recommend bringing them here. My 9 and 11 year old were subjected to terrible language. And everyrime i go here they do not honor my mobile coupons. ( one reason i love mcdonalds) great deals.
