Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Detroit

This is the worst little Caesar in Detroit and then the one one Chalmers! This lady the management had a horrible attitude! These people are lazy then actually told me then are not making anymore the pizza puffs first she said an hour I guess to scare me away I said I’ll wait! Then she they are not making anymore! This is the best thing y'all ever made and you to lazy to do your job! That’s like me going to my Chrysler and say I’m not doing nothing today where do they do that at!! I am very disappointed! Yesterday she got cursed out because she kept hanging up on the guy and he came up there!! They won’t be open long like the one on van dyke!

Asked for the store number and she said she didn’t know asked for her name it’s the big lady she would not tell me well I also told her! If you want a ruined day, mood, and appetite, then this is the Little Caesar’s you want to go to! (8mile and Dequindre in the Belmont Plaza)

Quite possibly the worst Little Caesar’s ever! Unfortunately it is the closest one to my house, I usually will go out of my way to avoid going here because of the many bad experiences I have had with this location.

The service is consistently horrible! I held off on writing a bad review several times because I didn't want to blame the location for one employee, but time and time again I have received bad service, even from the managers.

As far as the food, I typically like Little Caesar’s, but they just do not care at all at this location. Food is typically sloppy or not even fully cooked, often times a “hot and ready” is cold and hard from sitting for many hours. I have even seen pizzas on the floor more than once!

I ordered a pizza online at 3:35 PM today. was told it would arrive around 4:11 PM At 4:04 PM while waiting for my order to arrive I get a call from a very dismissive condescending person telling me she had just opened to tons of orders sitting there and had taken it upon herself to cancel my order. You would think I should have gotten a call long before the pizza is scheduled to be here any minute. Needless to say I spent an hour on the phone because Doordash still kept saying the Pizza was coming. So now it is 4:39PM my family is hungry and angry while I am trying to deal with an emergency which is the whole reason I ordered a pizza to start with rather than cook.
