Oscar's Coney Island — Restaurant in Detroit

I've gone to this place a bunch of times and I hate to give them a bad review but my last experience here was unacceptable I walked into the coney I get in line the cook or the manager I don't know what his job title is was arguing with a young lady about a salad the young lady was a little out of control she threw a chilli dog at the window she leaves the cook or manager tells everybody they not taking no more orders so they can clean the window I'm like ok the guy behind me says he has a call in the cook or manager starts yelling at us now I'm in line I have nothing to do with the situation with the young lady this guy is yelling at us saying don't tell him to chill out even though we have nothing to do with the situation he started telling we want free stuff just like her and a bunch of other stuff that made no sense cuz again we had nothing to do with the situation with the young lady I got mad and I started yelling back like who does this guy think he is ive never came in there with no drama which they employees can corroborate what im saying I was just standing in line and I was verbally attacked for no reason i will not spend another dollar in this place if thats how you treat loyal customers this was a situation of extreme immaturity on my part to cuz he wanted to make us mad and I took the bait I just don't appreciate being attacked for no reason i will never suggest this place to anybody ever again and if the man was the owner then im really not dealing with them ever again and i suggest nobody else does either if they are going to treat the customer like our money...

The only reason it gets three stars is because of its speed. Wednesdays at Oscars are 99 cent Coney's which anywhere in Detroit is a really good deal but I've never been there on any other day but Wednesday hence today, and it's my first time. Also almost everywhere in this city and authentic county is considered a hot dog in a casing that is somewhat crispy when grilled properly, similar to an Italian sausage or a brat. Anyways they do a monster amount of business on Wednesdays and when I put into my Coney it was like a tubular bologna. No crunch no casing. If they are offering this because of the specials on Wednesdays I can understand it but it's kind of cheating number 1 and number 2 you should be consistent every day with what you're serving I guess I'll have to go there tomorrow and see if the hot dogs...

I ordered DoorDash from here on Monday March 10th around 9:00 pm. When I got my food the chili was either old or burnt so I called up there because when I normally order from there on day shift the chili does not look or taste the way the chili did today. The lady that answered the phone was very rude and disrespectful and did not handle my call of concern properly. She also asked me not to call back and deal with it with somebody else that cares because she don’t and she then hung up in my face and never answered again. I had to settle to eat something that was unpleasant to the taste. The fact that I order from here on a regular, I know how the chili fries...
