Subway — Restaurant in Detroit

Nasty attitude from the start and then she said well your going to have to wait 15 minutes until I clean my counter. I said ok no problem . While waiting a second employee came through the front door and went behind the counter and offered to take my order . I told her I needed four subs and she said she could only make three because 4 subs is considered a catering order. I never heard of that and I ordered three subs and then I told her that I was just going put those theee subs in my car and come back in and order the 4th sub. She said nastily that it doesn’t work like that . So I asked her if she is refusing to serve me if I come back into the store and order the last sub I needed for my family and she said “Yep” with a funky attitude. I waited until she made the three subs and took them out of the oven and then I told her you know what “ I changed my mind” The whole time this store is empty. Don’t eat there don’t even order there now that I think about it the employee that came through door didn’t even was h her hand before she started in on My order. Nasty in more ways than one . I went West 7 mile and the lodge service drive and ordered my four subs...

My visit was on March 14, 25 at approximately 1:45 pm. I went in to order 5 sandwiches 🥪 . The guy informed me that in 5 minutes they were expecting a rush. So he told me they wanted to quickly get done with my order so they could get me done and out of there. He then the orders (which were on paper 📃) out of my hands to start the orders. My sandwich was done all he had to do was wrap it up. Instead he starts to put on items that I didn't want on it. He then took the items off. As more started to come in I had to correct their mistakes. They appeared to be more worried about moving the other people than finishing up order correctly!!! I ordered a ft long and received a 6 inch-even though I said it twice, she repeated it and they had the orders right in front of them. Bags had wrong label on it. I did not enjoy my visit to say the least. Instead of taking care of me and getting my order completed correctly they chose to hurry me out of there!!! I will not be going back to that...

My sister and I ordered from this Subway today. My food was fine. However she had issues with the bread. It seemed smaller than usual. We both had 6-inch Subs. There was no tray or anything to put our food on as we were dining in. My sister ordered cookies with her meal and the cookies seemed half cooked and we're almost wet. She complained but they said that all of them were that way and they just gave her another cookie which again was the same as the others. I also brought attention to one of the employees after I saw them using their hand on a tablet and then putting their hands on the food. Even though they had gloves on it just seemed unsanitary to me. Other customers complained as well. She said that they constantly clean their tablets because they use them two take doordash orders. This was the only explanation...
