Pasta Bowl — Restaurant in Detroit

The food is good I never have a problem but today was weird to say the least, I placed my order for steak fried rice over the phone, my order was repeated back to me & I was told 25mins. I went to pick up my food & was asked for a name, I told them I didn’t give one (I wasn’t asked for any type of information to verify me & my order upon arrival) the lady looked through the orders while another woman looked for my order & told me they didn’t have a steak fried rice order....then I gave my name I was told they had something completely different prepared (chicken Alfredo with steak & chicken) instead of trying to understand what could’ve went wrong I was asked “are you sure you didn’t order that?” as if I forgot my own order. No apologies for the misunderstanding just an attempt to reassure me that that’s what I ordered. I placed the order again but the energy from staff was already off to me. I still placed my order & received food after they made it fresh which was great I just feel like this wasn’t handled well. I had the Lamb Chop and Fried Rice dinner and for $17.50 I feel like I should’ve got 4 actual Lamb Chops, instead I received all fat Lamb Chops I honestly don’t think you should sell a product if you know it’s not right that’s bad for business I tried calling before making this review but no one answered the phone so I decided to leave a review. Hopefully you guys take care of the concerns ppl are having. Also my daughter got chicken and salmon and she said it was to sweet. She couldn’t even eat it. Customer service is EVERYTHING TO ME. Pasta Bowl lacks that tremendously. My food was just ok. I expected more. I followed their instagram until they opened. I was excited to visit. Unfortunately the wait staff was not professional, I had to wait until the young lady finished her conversation with another employee before she recognized me. She was far from polite. She just took my order an gave me my receipt. The cook and wait staff were having inappropriate conversations that included vulgar language. If the service was better I would of tried out another dish at another time, but I refuse to spend money in ANY establishment that lack...
