I exactly went to the wrong restaurant. But since I was in there. And I didn't see the sign on the door before I walked in. So I started to place my order. I just ordered two Botanas with sour cream. I remember when you ordered botana, you automatically got at least one sour cream. Well this restaurant doesn't do that you have to pay for it. I took out my credit card, and the young lady said we don't take credit cards. I said I guess I can not place an order. As I was walking out the door, I turned around and told the girls that I was sorry, and even before I said that, I noticed that they were laughing. I went across the street and got pop and other goods, and I remember that they had a money machine. So I took some money out and went to the same restaurant, and as I was walking in I noticed that they had a money machine in the restaurant. So I went to the counter and placed my order of botanas with the same girl. I told her that I got some money from the money machine across the street. Then I told her I noticed you guys have one two. They must have thought I wasn't coming back.
I have worked in the restaurant and other businesses before. This is a couple of suggestions that i recommend. If I was taking my credit card out, she should have said. I am sorry, but we don't take credit cards, just cash. And if I didn't have it, she could have suggested that I could try to use their money machine. Instead of me walking out the door. I always remember suggested to sell, don't let your customer look elsewhere. Because trust me, I would think twice before I go in there again. I mean, not one out of the 4 or 5 girls said we have a money machine. See if you can try our money machine. And thanks for coming back. Nothing like this was said. I am making a copy of what I put here, and I...
Read moreI went with a party of three. We were seated in a booth. One ordered migas but they call it chilaquiles with rice and beans, another ordered a small bowl of soup and I ordered chicken enchiladas that came with rice and beans. To start they give you corn chips and three types of salsa. The corn chips were a bit over fried and the salsa was a bit spicy for my taste but others liked it. The food was decent but the rice was somewhat clunky but still had a decent taste. You get a choice of two types of beans, refried or soupy. I did not try the beans. The service was a bit slow and I did not get a refill on my drink. When one of my party asked for the WiFi password, either the server did not understand, or they do not share it because she said no and they did not have it posted anywhere but they do have WiFi. Maybe it was a language situation. The place was small. They have one booth by the door so if the server is taking an order it blocks the doorway. I believe they have an upstairs too but maybe it is for larger crowds or parties. Sorry I failed to take pictures of the restaurant but I did take some of the little...
Read moreMy husband and I came in for dinner last weekend, and I've never had a experience like this ever. First the lady (the only heavier set lady) was very sarcastic because we didn't want and guacamole and we preferred flour tortillas. I would consider it profiling even. Next mishap is she brings me a lemonade, I take a sip and noticed there's small red particles in my beverage. I was just about ready to go after but Mexican town was very busy that night so I just chalked it up and asked for another one. Next I order a taco salad (beef), and she brings me a taco salad shell with absolutely no meat just allot of lettuce two huge pieces of tomato and two hugh pieces of green pepper and with a bunch of shredded cheese on top. It was horrible I was very upset and decided to just leave the lady was almost laughing how sarcastic she was she didn't show any remorse for any of it didn't offer to fix or apologize it was like she wanted us to leave....
