Teresa's Place — Restaurant in Detroit

I decided to visit their website and place an advanced order to avoid lengthy wait times. The website gave me three options: Uber eats, DoorDash, or ordering directly from their business page. Since I was planning to pick up the food myself, I didn't choose Uber eats or DoorDash. After placing my order, the website indicated a 30-minute wait, which aligned with the 15 minutes it would take me to arrive. Upon reaching the restaurant, I chose to wait in my car. When I entered, I informed the cook about my order, and he asked if I had used DoorDash or Uber eats. I clarified that I had ordered from their website, but he replied that they did not have a website. I showed him the website where I had made the payment, and he recognized it but said it didn't come to them. My concern is that if they are aware of this problem and someone is using their name to conduct business, they should have the authority to address or remove it, or at least inform customers about the situation. However, the website actively promoted Uber eats and DoorDash, so it is puzzling why they cannot accept orders from the other platform. It all falls under the same business. I hope that any relevant information about this issue is appropriately addressed. The response I received was quite indifferent, with the acknowledgement that they knew about it but it wasn't their website. This shows poor customer service, and the quality of the food was also unsatisfactory. Moving forward, I won't bother with ordering from them again. It's unfortunate that I now have to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my bank, something that could have been avoided if the business had provided some warning or taken action against this misleading website. I really trying to figure out why this place is rated so high. The Mac n cheese was very under seasoned and had very little taste. The wings could have been better if they weren’t so small and even then they taste okay. What really confused me is how is it the green beans taste better than the Mac n cheese. Like the green beans were very good but I’ve never been to a restaurant were the star of the show isn’t the wings or mac. This isn’t a good thing because we all know the mac is the most essential part of the meal. Either way I’m never ordering from here again.Good green beans just ain’t enough. I came in from out of town and was directed here by a few locals. For this lace to be a bar, I paid $90/double shot of 1942. Which not bad because I drink expensive all the time. This place served me fake alcohol, as in the liquor I was drinking was NOT 1942 Tequila. I found myself after only having taken a single shot of my double shot, feeling like o was drugged from behind the bar. My head started to pound instantly I needed leaving immune had to vomit my night and morning till about 2pm off of one single shot of top shelf liquor. I'm no rocket scientist but it only take one astronaut to know it was either drugged or I was given false information on the liquor I was sold.
