Before today, I would have given this location 5 stars. I have been going here since they opened whenever I want my favorite bagel. The young man, Corey I believe is his name, usually gives great, friendly and expeditious service. I’m usually in and out, but not today! It wasn’t busy but yet it took almost 10 minutes to get a bagel. The clerk took my order and then another customer placed an order, during this entire time there’s an employee walking around laughing and talking about getting her Subway fix. Another young man came in, I assume he’s an employee but on his off day, she continued to discuss her Subway with him. He then comes around and gets some of his food items and asks me if I’m in line I said no, I’m waiting for my bagel that apparently takes a while to make. He then stated to the employees behind the counter to make my bagel. It was then stated that the Subway young lady was to responsible for making my order, but was more concerned with herself than her job. I spoke to the young man who usually makes my order and said to him what are you doing over there (drive-thru) and not over here where you usually make my order fast and I’m out. At that point the Subway girl decides to say to him well you can come make her order, which was very unprofessional. She would not have been offended by my conversation with the young man of she were doing her job rather than taking care of her personal concerns. She and I exchanged words regarding her rudeness, I requested a refund, they offered my bagel for free, I said no. Upon, speaking with the manager, yes I was loud at this point because she continued to speak disrespectfully and was not moved to the back of the store, he never offered an apology for anything at all. I don’t hold him responsible for her behavior or unprofessionallism, but I did expect an apology for wasting my time at the least. He seemed very unconcerned with the way things are handled in his store. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning and I’m sure he is not bothered with that as his business will continue to do well with its location, but I prefer to do business where people care that I do...

Read moreIF I COULD GIVE A 0 STAR I WOULD This morning, I visited the Tim Hortons drive-through on Greenfield, and the experience was incredibly frustrating. The lady taking my order at the speaker was extremely rude. Every time I tried to place my order, she would cut me off by saying, "Pull up," without letting me finish. She didn't even tell me my total before I pulled up to the window.
When I got to the window, l greeted the employee there with a "Good morning," but he just looked at me, said nothing, and closed the window. That made me even more upset. Another employee, a man with glasses, came to the window afterward, and instead of improving the situation, he made it worse. When I pointed out the unnecessary attitude I received, he immediately became defensive, siding with the other employee and claiming she had apologized-though she hadn't said a word beyond "Pull up."
What made the situation worse was when he had the audacity to make a rude remark in Arabic. If the employee with glasses is a manager or owner, that would explain a lot about the poor customer service at this location.
I will never return to this Tim Hortons, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location. Save your money and time— you'll only be met with rude behavior and disrespect. I never wrote a bad review but their behavior was...
