I would give this place zero stars if I could, and it's entirely due to my experience with one employee—Alex. I recently purchased a PS2 console bundle for $190.80, and within just two days, I returned to the store to exchange a faulty controller. The left analog stick wasn’t working, and the item was still under the 30-day warranty.

I didn’t have my receipt with me, but I politely asked if Alex could look up the transaction. While he did manage to find the receipt in the system, he informed me that he’d need to speak with a manager due to the serial number being tied to the purchase. That was understandable—but his demeanor was not.

Rather than calmly explaining the situation, Alex became visibly agitated, raising his voice and speaking to me in a very disrespectful tone. I remained calm and even told him he didn’t need to yell—I was standing right there. I eventually stopped speaking just to let him hear how loud and inappropriate his tone had become. He was fumbling over his words and appeared extremely upset, which was both confusing and uncomfortable.

As I left, I told him I don't know what he is going through, but he should seek help and work on his customer service skills. It's not that serious over a $20 controller, but how customers are treated is serious. I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. In less than 15 minutes Phil repaired my 9 year old's flat tire with a new one same color, the five and six year olds got scooters , the five and seven year olds got pretty girl bikes in great condition and I got a great deal ! They even helped tie the bikes to my vehicle because I had too many kids and too many bikes ! Phil has reasonable prices and priceless customer service! It was my first visit and I will be returning. I didn't have room for any more today. Thanks Phil! You made all the kids happy today . We were back home in time for dinner. I rarely ever post anything public but Phil deserves a shout out....

TERRIBLE DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went to get my grandsons tire fixed and they did that after saying the bike guy wasn’t in. Took the bike home he was riding it and the chain slip from being put on wrong.
