Unsatisfied with the customer service the most ghetto place I have ever visit for fast food. Employees look disgusting, attitude is disgusting, demeanor is disgusting. Remind me of the McDonald’s on Mack And Connors, if you care about your love ones please never eat at this establishment . What the difference between McDonald’s on Mack and Connors and this Wendy’s nothing, just one is closed down permanently now. Like this establishment should be on Warren and Connors. What’s worse than a establishment not having customers in the line? Wasting payroll and just by having this establishment open with nasty demonic people you’re wasting your payroll. Do better and you will get lines like Chick-fil-A. First, you must start off with employees that resemble Chick-fil-A employees. Smiles bring more customers. Read moreFirst time visit to this location. Spent $27.00 on items that were cold and covered in ketchup. The lobby is closed therefore, drive thru was the only option. We asked to place two separate orders was told it would be a $2.00 extra charge (I declined). Placed our order and was told to wait at a back window (no one was at the back window). Pulled up to the second window, paid my money and was told to back up and "Go wait at the other empty window"). Obviously, they did not want me waiting on their drive thru clock. After I backed up was waved to come forward.... Back to the first window. Requested a receipt and was told they were printing blank. Clearly, someone is not ringing up menu items. Rude attitudes and unprofessional staff. The worst customer service ever. Trust me, I could not make this stuff...
Read moreJust left there, this is my 3rd attempt to support and final. I ordered the the young lady repeated it back correctly and just like tge last 2 times upon recieving my order it was wrong. However this time not only did I have to ask for my correction which I opted not to get due to the negative and attitude filled response I recieved but, I had to ask for my card used for payment back as well as a receipt to confirm that what I ordered was entered correctly. And we wonder why the minimum wage has yet to be increased here. Poor customer service, attitude and slow and yet incorret orders does NOT warrant a raise more then it does being reprimanded or disciplined.
