If I could give negative stars I would. The inside of the restaurant is absolutely filthy, with the floor being sticky and greasy. They don't take orders inside, so we hopped in line in the drive through. We waited in the drive through (the only car in line) for at least 20 minutes before finally completing our order, being interrupted twice while placing the order. Our order was correctly rung up when we placed it, but when we (finally) got to the window to pay and get our food, we had an awful time there.
The employees completely ignored the coupons we handed them The frosties that we ordered were basically milk We ordered a vanilla cherry coke (from their awesome soda machines) but the employees obviously didn't know how to run them and we just got We only got 2 of the 3 drinks we ordered. They initially only gave us one, and when we asked for the second and third they gave us the lemonade but refused to give us the drink we ordered with our kids meal, claiming that kids meals don't come with a drink. The fries were all cold when we got them
We would have been better off just getting food at the gas station across the street. I will never visit this Wendy's again, and hope those reading this review will follow my warnings and find a better...

Staff were walking arias if myself and two others weren’t waiting to order . Finally I asked if we could get some help and she said “I’ll be there in a minute. Fine. After a couple of more minutes I asked were we gonna get a chance to order? She loudly said “ I said give me a second@ “I had other things to do, I m only one person. I overheard her tell one of her staff “ she can leave “. I informed her one guy had already left. All the time she walking towards the register arguing with me about waiting. I’m thinking she’s about to take my order, instead she walks past me still loud saying if you don’t understand than I don’t know what to tell you. Still haven’t ordered. I could not spend my money in a place where the actual MANAGER has no customer service. I pray she doesn’t do the training. This Wendy's location is an exception to that rule.
I have patronized this Wendy's location for over a year and I have always been satisfied with the level of service I received. Their service staff are friendly, helpful, and are more than willing to make any changes to your order to make your food taste exactly how you want it.
In addition, their burger recipe must have recently changed, because the burgers are now juicy, tender, extremely flavorful, and lack the excessive grease that prevented me from patronizing this location in previous years.
THEY EVEN HAVE CHILI CHEESE FRIES LOADED WITH HEARTY CHILI FULL OF MEAT, BEANS, AND TWO KINDS OF CHEESE! That is one of the most unique offerings I have ever seen at a fast food restaurant!
