Buffet House — Restaurant in Devils Lake

Great place to eat. It's pretty much all is the same but with that said it's always good.

Great customer service. The owner is always the nicest. Just go in there say how many are in your group they will seat you and help yourself to the awesome goodness!

There isn't a place that gives you this kind of food anywhere in the area so definitely take advantage of what they offer.

And the fountain pop isn't that bad either but it is Pepsi products.

My favorite thing to get is this meat they put on a stick. Not sure what it is I'm gonna assume it's bigfoot or some amazing endangered species.... But it could be just pork?

They also give the fortune cookies when you leave the last one I got was more of a empowering statement than a Fortune.... But I'll take a compliment...

I did not initially expect much from the food when we first went to get take out here as the buffet looked pretty picked over and not terribly fresh, but most of it is actually very tasty! I'm addicted to the wide noodle dish (not sure what it's called) and the coconut shrimp are very gooey and tasty too.

The staff is sometimes very friendly, and sometimes not, depending on who is working. It's not gourmet or traditional Chinese food, so don't go in expecting that, but it hits the spot when we're craving Americanized Chinese food. We've been...

I ordered take out shrimp "kung pao" which is supposed to be hot there was absolutely no heat to this dish whatsoever I'm assuming that's because they're afraid that most Caucasians can't handle the heat from good Kung pow. I was sorely disappointed seems I got more salary then anything else, when the Hunan restaurant in devils lake was around the owner David always prepare the best Kung Pao on par with the many Chinese restaurants I've eaten at in Chinatown back home in Chicago.
