First and last time here, the two of us were the only customers. The portion was too small for the price. I ordered the beef short ribs soup. It has four pieces of meat, lots of scallions and a few clear noodle in the beef broth. The “seafood” tofu had tiny bits of hardly can be “seen-food”. They served 6 little side dishes and we had to ask for refills bc we’d have walked out still hungry. Interesting observation that the staff seemed to have ordered Chinese takeout for themselves instead of the restaurant’s own food. The two servers mostly just talked with each other while we were there. Never came by to refill water or side dishes. Most items are pricey $44+, probably too risky to try given...

I might be underrating this place due to my personal preferences. This is very local Koreantown soondae joint. Almost all patrons are older Koreans. We had large size soondae (blood sausage) and bossam (pork trotters). Serving size is enough for 2 or 3 people for the large. I did not like the cold serving style here as the soondae and innards were sliced up. Also the bossam was served sliced up after it had been chilled. They both tasted fine but I prefer the freshly cooked and steaming jokbal and more fresh soondae. Condiments and banchan were also ok. Parking is in front it is free. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy so I would not leave anything in the car in fear of...

The food was great. We went around 2pm on a Wednesday so the service was good since we were the only ones there. However, we received the bill , and I paid for it with my credit card and I left a cash tip of about 18%. A couple of days later I logged in to my credit card account and noticed that they charged me about 15% above what my total bill was. I called them to make them aware of the fact that I signed for the amount of the bill ONLY since I left a “cash” tip , and the gal promised she would let the owner know and that they would call me back. Didn’t happen. I’m sad at this fact because I really liked the food and would’ve gone back again, but not now. WATCH YOUR...

This is a lovely little Korean restaurant which our family has been frequenting for years. It’s one chef and two waitresses (sometimes just one) So when it gets crowded one has to wait a bit. But services have always been nice. Waitresses are always friendly. We love their dishes especially the crispy seafood pancakes. Many Korean restaurants serve this dish but so far I haven’t seen other places serving like this. I was told it’s shredded potatoes that make it special. There many regular customers who would drink and enjoyed themselves talking a bit loud which I don’t mind at all. More like Japanese izakaya style. But sometimes it’s very quiet.
