This place is usually good but in this business, once you let go of quality service, you start to be just like everyone else. When we first started coming here, staff was very attentive even if really busy. Today, unfortunately, we called for assistance 3-4 times with even the new manager just walking past our table without acknowledging our call. The food is your average AYCE kbbq food, nothing to brag about. We like coming here for the service, but I don't know what's going on now. We had to wait 15 minutes for a table when 1/3 of the restaurant had tables available, granted they were the longer ones and there's only 3 of us. My water cup was empty with staff passing by it at least 5 times and nobody offered a refill. I remember teamwork here in the past but now I'm sensing an attitude that says "you're not my table, so you're not my problem!". Last but not least, a grill change would be nice when your grill looks like ours but nobody is noticing anything now even though their manager keeps walking around! I hope...

All you can eat Korean barbecue restaurant that’s currently open during covid for takeout and outdoor dining. They’re open for lunch and dinner during the weekend, and I would recommend coming before noon in order to avoid a long wait. You put your name on the list and they’ll call you when the table is ready. There are two menu options (A is $25.99, B is $29.99) and they do serve alcohol (I.e soju). Credit cards are accepted. Bathrooms are available for customer use through the double doors in the back.

They still serve all the favorite meats plus some fun extras like cheese fondue. I am quite fond of the spicy tofu soup as well. The banchan i standard and my favorite was the fish cake. Rice and rice paper is available upon request. The servers hustled and were nice. Ice cream is available for dessert (flavors include strawberry, rainbow sherbet, green tea, and mint chocolate chip). If I could, I would give zero stars. The service here was terrible—especially the overcharging! We had 3 adults, one 10-year-old boy, two 5-year-olds, and an infant. So there were only six people dining in total. Honestly, the food wasn’t that bad. But the service was extremely poor.

It’s an all you can eat place. But when we got the bill, it was $347.88. We didn’t check the receipt carefully at first and just paid. Later, I felt it wasn’t right amount, then reviewed the bill and found out they had charged us for an extra person—and not the same combo B we choose, but the more expensive combo C.

We spoke to the server, but he was very cold, like they were used to this kind of complaint. So we went to the cashier, who said they needed to “investigate,” and made all of us wait over half an hour before finally giving us a refund. Not even a single word of apology.
