Waffle House — Restaurant in Diamondhead

Today at around 7 AM we entered and received coffee. 20 minutes later we still had not be approached for our order even though others who arrived after us had gotten their food. The manager said that the waitress thought someone else had served us. But if ahe had been paying attention to her station instead of shooting the breeze with another customer she would have known we hadn't been waited on. It takes me back to our first visit there when we walked in and the waitress put 2 coffees on the table. When we sat down where the coffees were she told us that was for someone else and made us sit somewhere else. Then we sat, being ignored, until a couple who had been in the parking lot when we drove up finally came in, sat at the table with the coffee waiting ordered their food. Only then did the waitress take our drink order. This Waffle House has a lot to account for...

Well I will say when you walk into this Waffle House you do receive a clean feeling. My son and I ordered our drinks and food. Of course drink was served and while waiting for food we started drinking our drinks. My son noticed some coke streaks on his glass and then after looking closer lipstick was all over the rim of the glass. My son was so upset and started feeling sick because he was drinking after someone and served that dirty glass. The waitress immediately got him a new glass but he didn’t drink it. She did take the drinks off the ticket. We were disappointed that management didn’t bother to apologize to us. We will not be back and that’s really disappointing. It’s a shame that someone was to lazy to clean the glass. 2 stars because the place was clean feeling but the...

They win the flattest waffle Ward. Served my mother coffee in a dirty coffee cup with food all on the cup eggs to be exact. My mother was her her food and was halfway done when they brought my plate. No ketchup no mayonnaise for my sandwich or hash browns period when I took a bite of the hash browns they were nasty because they were undercooked lightly very lightly brown one side the cheese wasn't even fully noted because they were still cold when they delivered it to my table. And then try to tell me it was because they are busy they undercooked food and don't know how to cook waffles.. isn't this Waffle House and isn't this what they are known for.. maybe they need to fire the staff and hire some new people that know how to cook their food correctly and wash...
