I haven’t gone thru the drive thru line @ BK in a very long time, but I did today. Mostly because our food was always old looking, under the hot lamp for hours, or never tasted good at all, plus the food never looked like the TV commercials. Everything was slapped together. But today, God Bless Him, I met the best person ever hired by Burger King. Demarcus!! From the time I was at the speaker, he greeted me with Welcome to Burger King!! Such an outstanding, clear voice, then repeated my order, what a change. When I got to the window there was his smiling face, letting me know everything will be cooked fresh; we will take good care of you. He said Mam’ please pull up & I’ll bring it out in a few minutes; all fresh, you’re going to love it! In past years, at anytime I would ask them to make it fresh, no one would do it! It takes someone special these days to take pride in their work; that will make people come back to this Burger King of Diamondhead, MS. I will gladly “wait” for my food to be cooked fresh every time !!!! And, I will tell all my friends to go and meet “Demarcus!” This young man will make your business double in no time! Advertise in the local paper, on TV Commercials…. Introducing “Burger King Fresh Order while you wait!” Breakfast might be the orders to prepare quickly. Read moreThe cashier seemed like he didn’t know how to work the register asked what sauce we wanted for the mozzarella fries I said marinara sauce and then asked us what sauce we wanted for the nuggets we said honey mustard and he repeated us which was good but it would of been better when we got our food they would be in with it then go up ask for the sauce a lady that works there says you need to ask when you order and make sure you speak up well first of all lady we was asked and we responded and he repeated and it was not you that took our order so how you know that went down so really it’s the one packing the order that needs to read and I wouldn’t of got upset if she would of just gave me the sauces and kept her mouth shut so we sat down pulled out the food out of a bag even though he knew we was eating in all the food was cold we waited 10 minutes for our food so why is it cold and taste old after we was done went to the bathroom which was disgusting so bad came out was so ready to go so we grab our trash and the worker took both trash cans out so we had no where to put the trash so we asked the manager where to throw it away she goes in the trash can I was like what trash can they both gone and then she just stared at me and didn’t say anything so I was gonna put it on the top of the trash can til employee came through the door and says do worry I throw it away for you I was aww okay thank you it’s pretty bad that employee does better customer service than your manager that’s sad did she just take that position and just stopped working or how did she get that position uhmmm not by service sorry…will not go back and will tell others not...
Read moreManager at Diamondhead Burger King has zero customer service skills. I was just there on 3/23/2019 1335 hrs for lunch. I saw the advertisement for the $6 King box and thought I would give it a try. I went through the drive through. After I got my order, I opened the bag to see what I got. Inside was a whopper and small fries. I thought that was pretty sad so I pulled back in line and asked what was supposed to be in the King box. I was told whopper, fries and cookies by the drive through attendant. I replied, no cookies. She told the manager and he told her that he gave me cookies and then asked to see the inside of my bag. I commented how sad it was that I have to physically show you the inside of my lunch bag just the get the cookies that I paid for. Manager commented that he gave me the cookies. I told him never mind. He then dropped my lunch bag on the ground outside the drive through window and said he would get me some small fries....but no cookies. What a fiasco....I'm pretty disappointed as I really enjoy Burger King but I don't enjoy being treated like a liar or a criminal out to get free cookies. I just drove away as I didnt want to be humiliated any more. What a joke. This is the second bad experience I have had at this location. I don't think I will be going back for more...
