Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Dickinson

I will not plan to come and eat at this place, or order pizza, i work in the oil fields, and town where i work its very limited with stores, restaurants, and they dont have a walmart sobevery 2 weeks i head out to Dickinson to got to the walmart there and get my curbside, i make good money in oil fields i could go eat at a 5* restaurant if i wanted, but ill leave that when im with family, i love dominos pizza, so every time i come to this town, i cant leave with out getting some, i eat a few slices there, then take rest to town where i stay at which is about an hour drive from there, but every time i dine in, the workers there are always in a bad mood, i dont feel welcome, dont know if its cuz im a Latino/hispanic, but i just feel the bad energy of being there, then when i walk out, i tell them thank you, and they dont even acknowledge me, i know they heard me it is so quiet in there, the worker just kind of starring mad and did not say a word, i also had aski him for a tray or a plate to eat in there he said they dont have any, while i saw some plates there on the left side by the wall on a blue container or something cant remember what it was, i was just like okay whatever, i did not eat comfortably, cuz i felt unwelcomed, so i just ended up leaving, ate the rest i could at place where im staying, at least when i say thank you, they can be more professional and be like, you welcome have a nice day, or thank you come again, something to feel welcomed, but i just felt negative energy, ill bring my good hard work earned oil field money and spend it somewhere else, i also have the times of both times i went, so i cant make this up, cant complain about food, its always good, exept the first time i went and my wings were extra crispy, but they...

My husband and I would go to dominoes about 1 or 2 times a month. Every time they would mess up our order some how, but we kept going back because we loved there pizza. Well last month we decided to order a couple things, and one of them being a large 14 inch extravaganza. We live in New England, but my husand was in town do I told him to pick up our online order so he did. When he got home they completely messed up the order and the the extravaganza ended up being all vegetables. They also forgot the ranch that they charged .50 cents each for. So we finally decided to call them and see if they could do anything. One of the guys answered the phone, and asked if we just wanted to get the pizza remade or get it credited to our account. We told him. We wanted it credited since we lived 30 miles out. He handed the phone to a guy named Trevor or something with a T I believe, and that guy was so rude. He said that he could not credit and that we had to come in now if we wanted the pizza remade. Saying that we had no proof of purchase when we had already told him kindly that we had the receipt. We also reminded him that we lived 30 miles out. He then said he would credit it and said he wrote down our information for whenever we want to come in and have it remade however we want. Well we decided to get the pizza today along with a few other things, but they said nothing was ever put in the system. Well they just lost a customer for good. I wouldn't say that normally, but we have gave Dominoes too...

Very very disappointed in Domino's. I usually have very good service but tonight was not it was absolutely terrible. I placed my order in around 8:20 pm online, I did not hear anything from them and on the tracker it just kept saying my order was being prepped, finally it was about 9:30 I called the store to see what was going on, the kid that answered told me that there is only 1 delivery driver on tonight and that there was 4 orders ahead of me that they could switch it to carry out or it would be another 45 minutes well having yound kids I wasn't going to load them up at that time and in the cold so I said I would wait I also told them they should make sure to let the customers be aware that they only have the 1 driver so it doesn't happen to anyone else weather they get the order and call the people or take the delivery option down I understand being short staffed or not having staff but let your customers know they are top priority. The kid was very snappy and rude and all said and done I didn't end up getting my order until 11pm. Very annoyed and very disappointed it will be awhile before I take my business...
