Hardee's — Restaurant in Dickinson

I came through the drive thru today and asked if they had ice cream, because I didn't see the option on the menu. They said yes they have shakes, so I asked what kind (keep in mind I saw one customer setting inside) and one car in front of me. The male said it's on the menu I said I don't see the flavors. The male was really rude and acted like he was going out of his way to tell me about their 3 flavors. At this point I'm angry because there is no customer courtesy at all! Finally a woman comes on the speaker and tells me what flavors they have, I said you know what on second thought I'll go to McDonald's I don't need to be treated horrible just because I asked them to tell me the flavors they had. I didn't have my prescription glasses and couldn't see the shake menu... The male was rude and said bye when I tried to explain my situation. I'm 54 years old and worked with customers all my life. Hardee's hired someone who obviously needs some training on customer relations. I'd feel bad if my grandmother had to deal with a smart mouth kid still wet behind the ears that obviously was too lazy...

I do t know what's going on at thos place I come through about 3-4 times a week I always get a Nashville hot chicken sandwich woth no pickles add lettuce today that's what I ordered what I got was cold fries and my sandwich was awful just awful the wrapper looked like it had been wrapped once then opened to take the pickles out and to add lettuce an insane amount of mayonnaise was in it and all aver the bread the chicken was not even edible it was hard and chewy I'm very disappointed that's my favorite part of my day is biting in a delicious fresh hot chicken sandwich and my day has been ruined now 13$ and some change right in the trash I'm very very...

Hardee's is alright, the staff is good but you normally have to pull forward and wait for a drive through order. Food is fairly decent except portions are extremely small. For the price to be honest, you get a lot more at a sit down restaurant for a lot less money. I feel Hardee's monster burgers are an oxymoron like baby shrimp. Just because you put two Krystal sliders between a lot of bread and include a giant drink doesn't make it a large meal or value for the money.
