Ordered some wings online at 8 am yesterday to be delivered at a specific location (literally 2 minutes away from the actual restaurant) by no later, no sooner than 5:30 pm. I was throwing a surprise party for my husband and wanted all food to be there before we got there.. And to ensure no bumps on my end, I even stopped by around noon to sign the receipt and express how important it was for the delivery to be on time, as guests would start arriving at 5:30.. My husband & I show up to the venue at 6:15, no Pizza Hut wings delivered! I called and was told the food was in route, but the driver was running late.. 8:00 rolled around, and still no delivery! I called again. Put on hold for 45 minutes until a manager finally came to the phone.. He claimed the driver called me because he/she couldn't get into the gate.. I ensured him, there was no phone call. I had my phone with me the entire time because many ppl needed to know how to get to the party.. This manager was so nonchalant, he didn't even care that the delivery was still not made. Instead, he offered to send the cold wings from 5:30 to the party at 9:00!! He was talking to me as if I had no reason to be frustrated.. I told him I just wanted a refund. The party was going to end at 10, so there was no need for the food anymore. After asking for a refund, he opted to call me back. Which took about 20 minutes, but by that time, we were putting equipment away and saying goodbye to our guests so I couldn't answer the phone. (he definitely didn't try calling again though) I had to drive to pizza hut after my husband's party was over to demand a refund.. Luckily the gentlemen that were working at that time were helpful. They were very apologetic & refunded my money with no problem... I'm so happy I had a REAL restaurant cater the main food because we would have died of starvation waiting on Pizza Hut.. Read moreI always order from this location. A lot of the time it’s good, but a few days ago not so much. I’m not one to typically get on here and leave reviews but I’m over it. I ordered 2 pizzas and some wings. When I got the order everything was messed up. Both pizzas were cold and hard with hardly any toppings on my supreme, and the wings were wrong. I ordered traditional wings (more expensive) and they were apparently out of those and sent me boneless wings (least expensive). I felt like someone should have called me and at least offered my money back or told me they were sold out of those instead of just sending me the wrong thing. So I tried and tried and tried to call the store to discuss my order with them and they NEVER answer the phone there. After calling 5 times I had to call the main number and speak with a representative and they were going to send me out another order but found out they were sold out of the traditional wings. She said they would comp me and the next time I want to order that I would get that whole order (same one) for free, which was fine with me. She said someone from the store would be reaching out to me to confirm it. But of course they never did. So today I try to call the store again to get my new order and call several times with no answer. I swear they never answer the phone here, I’m beginning to wonder if they even have one. Pizza Hut, Blair, said the pizza was done and just waiting on a delivery driver. An hour after I ordered my pizza, I called back and Blair said the delivery driver was on his way to pick up the pizza and it would be delivered within 27 more minutes. I canceled the order. Blair confirmed that the order was canceled and said I would be refunded. Within 5 minutes of me hanging up with Blair, Joe from DoorDash called me to ask if I canceled my order. I told him I canceled it because it was sitting there waiting on a driver for over an hour so I don’t want cold pizza.
