Getting your daily fill of Dunkin' just got a whole lot easier. The Dunkin' Donuts app has DD Perks with rewards & loyalty offers, gift cards, On-the-Go Ordering, and lots moreew I began to make very good relationships with all the employees that work there. This has to be the best Dunkin Donuts I ever been to. I would like to thank all the customer service that I've had. I had employees lhat has a very good and sweetly friendly sense of humor and always grateful. The original should always the original. Thank you to all you guys. I look forward to coming into this location every day for my whole life. The best coffee flavors for all seasons are peep marshmallows, cherry chocolate, pistachio, butter pecan, pumpkin spice, cookie dough, the original French vanilla swirls and the original caramel swirl. These are all the best flavors with my opinions. Dunkin coffee regular customer and I suggest that you try them if not already are excellent employees. Always super nice and the coffee is amazing every time. NO complaints here! I write more unethical reviews than good ones. I try but they are harder to get printed. But I am a KK person and never DD. But this one is outside of a hospital I have been to 5 times and every time my friend wants his doughnuts especially after hospital food. But in NYC and I am not exaggerating, but it's hard to find great service with a smile and to add to it a big heart with a conscience. Every time I get the same kid and the 1st time I only needed change for bus home. And they are not supposed to do that without a sale. Unfortunately this is another restaurant that is greatly understaffed. I pulled in at 8am. There were 11 cars in the drive through, maybe 10 cars in the lot so I went in. About 7 people in que to pick up who were being patient given the situation. I went to the counter, there was no one working at either register. After about 2 minutes a worker informed me they were severely short handed and the drive through might be best. She was sweet and helpful giving she was running 3 directions at once. I tried the drive through but after 8-10 more minutes I gave up and left went to the gas station and got a coffee in my hands in under 3 minutes. I simply can't wait 10-15 mintes at a drive through to get coffee, that's not convenient!!! I truly feel bad for the workers, and not mad at all with them as they were running around busting their buns.. I guess I am mad more people do not seem to want to work. In a overpopulated planet we have worker shortages. Something is very very wrong. I feel bad for any company or employer right now.
