Horrible experience and it's all the lead workers fault. Having to sit in the lobby for 20mins for an order to be "placed on the counter when ready to be picked up" like the app instructed me to do... I saw an over 4 person staff that did not talk to eachother a manager not solving issues with said employees ... Workers making extra burgers then walking on to her break and those burgers were never served. I watched and waited. At least 7 drive thru orders came and went with the "manager" doing most of the work. You could just tell her employees didn't enjoy working with her. While I was waiting one employee did give her a heads up about me being in the waiting room. She said "I know" and continued filling other orders .
I WAS NEVER GREETED APON ENTERING. I SAT IN FRONT OF THE LOBBY AND WAITED FOR MY TOGO APP ORDER TO BE ON THE COUNTER. BEING ABLE TO SEE EVERYTHING SHE WAS DOING I NOTICED MY TAB BEING PUSHED BACK . UNTIL FINALLY WHEN I DID SHE HER STARTING MY ORDER I STOOD UP AND WALKED TO THE COUNTER AS IT WAS BEING BAGGED. THEN WAS WHEN I GOT AN ACTUAL "GREETING" . I WAS TOLD THAT "NEXT TIME I NEED TO LET THEM KNOW TP START MAKING IT," AND "THATS HOW THEY DO IT BECAUSE PEOPLE STEAL ORDERS " (like how is that my problem) and how could I even know that?
THIS "MANAGER" NEVER APOLOGIZED , SHE MADE IT SEEM LIKE IT WAS MY FAULT. BUT I WAS THE ONLY ONE ON THE LOBBY THE WHOLE TIME. DID SHE JUST ASSUME I WAS THERE TO STEAL FOOD ?! DID SHE ASSUME I WAS A DOOR DASHER ? DID THE APP TELL PICK UP INSTRUCTIONS THAT AREN'T CORRECT?
I DONT KNOW ? BUT I DO KNOW SHE IS NOT FIT TO WORK THERE IF ANYWHERE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE! AND I KNOW ILL TRY MY BEST TO NEVER COME IN OR USE THE APP FOR THIS DINUBA LOCATION.

She spoke to us with an attitude as if she didn't want to be there. Didn't even give me a chance to customize our food the way we wanted it. Her overall attitude stunk. Only reason we went there was it was the closest quick place open to us. We don't live in this city. It wasn't a pleasant experience at this Dinuba burger king. Read moreI first ordered a BK fish and BK quarter pounder. I then added 2 Whopper Jr’s plus fries and onion rings. The girl taking my order repeatedly exactly what I ordered. When I was paying the girl at the pickup window also repeated exactly what I ordered. When I got home to Orosi I didn’t see any fish sandwich. I had a burger that had a single patty but wasn’t a quarter pounder. There was also what looked like a double burger, 2 single patties. The only burgers they got right were the Whopper Jr’s. I only went to Burger King because I wanted a fish sandwich in the first place. I’ve tried calling for two days already (at least 20 times on each day) to let them know of their mistake but they never answer...
