The service at this restaurant has declined dramatically in the last couple years. I had several experiences of wrong orders and wait times of 30-40 minutes for food. I change my order to adjust to what they say they have ready and once I reach the window they tell me that I have to wait for it. I go inside the restaurant to add something to my order since I'm already waiting. I wanted to change my order from 2 entree to 3 and they will not. I speak to the manager and she wont give me a refund. I ask for the phone number of their District Manager and she informs me they are on vacation. I ask her nicely who else I can speak to and she says no one just her and corporate. She tells me to go back in 2 weeks to get the Dm's phone number. She was just giving me the run around. I did not shout or be little her and she would not help me in anyway. Worst customer service ever! I have been going to this Panda Express location for more than 10 years. I used to work for Panda for 5 years and was always instructed to treat customers with exceptional service and this was not it! After reading reviews for this location I can tell that their District Manager has done nothing to help this location work on their customer service. Read moreI am pretty laid back when errors are made... however, when they continue to happen I get frustrated. A few weeks back, we were given rice instead 9f chow mein... no big deal, we could live with that as it is quite a ways to go back into town from the country Then last week, they forgot to give us one of the entrees on a two choice enter plate. Again, we figured it was too far and we had plenty to eat. Today, it was no entree on a one entree bowl... and we even waited for the entree to finish.... time to call. When I called, kept getting disconnected half way through conversation. The "manager" (?) Said they were having phone problems. This happened approximately 5 times. Was finally able to give her the time and date off of the receipt before phone died. She said she would need to check camera. Then phone went dead again. When I called back no one picked up the phone.... 4 more times. NEEDLESS TO SAY...CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS AND STAFF NEEDS TRAINING ON 1) DOUBLE CHECKING CUSTOMER ORDERS AND 2) CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN ORDER IS WRONG! The food is fine for a fast food resturant... if they give it to you! Don't know if we will return and I suggest to everyone who does go there CHECK EACH ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE DRIVE UP WINDOW TO MAKE SURE IT IS CORRECT... NO MATTER HOW MANY...

The first online order I placed, I had to wait an additional 30 minutes at the restaurant waiting for one item to be finished. Food was okay but was cold and old.
Just got home with my latest order (3 plates and a couple sides of spring rolls) and the spring rolls were on bottom, smashed, and were very old. The fried rice on one plate tasted fine but the other tasted very old and the rice seemed hard and stale and the same thing with the chow mein. We ordered 3 plates and only received one fork, no soy sauce, and no fortune cookies.
