Carl's Jr. steals from their customers! I went in on the afternoon of 7/30/20 and made a purchase and on my receipt I saw a charge for $1 for using my debit card. There were no signs and no one informed me of this fee before I made my purchase, it was just stolen from my account. When I asked the "shift leader" to return my dollar to me since taking money from someone without their knowledge or consent is theft, she said, that's just the way it is and there's nothing she can do about it. Well there is.. you can let people know there is a fee to use their debit card. You could give me back my dollar. They even have a sign requesting that people use their debit/credit card to pay due to the Covid coin shortage, but no sign saying it will cost you an extra $.

Anyone up for a class action lawsuit? I wonder how many thousands or even millions of dollars Carl's Jr. has stolen from their customers over the years? Probably amounts to a felony...

I don't usually come here but I came here with my sister and dad at 2 am. The person at the window Scotty was very slow. we ordered 1 Western and 1 double guac and one single guac. We didn't get the double so we had to go back. He than gave us our "double" it was another single so we had to back yet again. If we are paying 40 dollars then I expect to at least get our food right. He than took both the singles after we showed him and had to remake them both. Our order was correct however, my son's drink had black stuff all over the bottom of his cup and I saw it after he drank all his soda. I got the jalapeno poppers or whatever they are called and the first 3 tasted ok but the 4th one i ate tasted like someone threw up on them amd then cooked them. It made me throw up, and i want to everytime i think about it. The food is hardly ever fresh, and they dont follow the health guidelines. They have people working with long fake nails, they touch their hair, face, money, registers, everything and then touch all the food and drinks. Disgusting. I came here somewhat often, but i...
