Todayâs experience at Starbucks was truly unforgettable, thanks to Clair! I decided to try something new for my daughter after seeing a drink online called the âHello Kitty Drink.â Normally, I avoid ordering custom drinks because I donât want to feel like a complicated customer. But today, I swallowed my fear, took a leap of faith, and asked Clair if I could order a custom drink.
Clair immediately took on the challenge with no hesitation. I described how I wanted a Passion Tango Tea Lemonade poured over a Mango Dragonfruit base with raspberry syrup(no rasp syrup, sub with classic syrup). She asked a few important clarifying questions, and thatâs when I realized I should have just told her itâs called the Hello Kitty Drink. Still, I had complete faith in Clair because sheâs made plenty of my drinks before, and theyâre always amazing.
When I got to the window, I paid, and they handed me my drink and before I knew it, the Hello Kitty Drink was ready. It looked almost exactly like the picture Iâd seen online! I also got my daughter a tall, just in case she preferred the Pink Drink. As I drove home and looked at the beautiful drink, I was so happy I felt like I could cry. Clair made my day so special, and her kindness and skill turned my little experiment into the perfect moment.

   Read moreTheir drinks are fine but theyâre the slowest Starbucks Iâve been too out of 40+ locations. Their line always wraps around the entire parking lot. And itâs great for a business to be busy, but the reason their line is so long is because of how inefficient they are. Iâm not exaggerating when I say that they literally take 10-15 minutes per car. There have been multiple times where it has taken me 60-75 minutes to get through a line. Also, if you place an order inside they are literally never done at the time they will tell you. Again, nearly every time I place an order for indoors it will take at least 25 minutes past the estimated time. They always make an excuse as if theyâre abnormally busy, but this is a 7 day a week occurrence. The workers inside are often standing there working slowly or not even making drinks, theyâll just hang out and talk about things unrelated to making drinks. Itâs really incredible that a business who sells cups of coffee for $6 has these issues so often that countless people will leave the line after sitting there for 20-30 minutes while moving two car lengths throughout that time.
