Subway — Restaurant in Dodge City

Walked in with 7 people in front of me and my fiancé and knew it would be awhile. Finally got to the front, one guy has been making sandwiches the whole time and the other not doing a damn thing. When we get there the first guy proceeds to make our sandwiches, by this time 6 more people are behind us waiting. Instead of helping his co worker make the current order, this kid decided to start taking and making the next two orders. Oh I forgot to mention, before we got up there they only had 4 loafs of bread left and didn’t inform anyone that was coming in. They almost didn’t have enough for our order as kid had already cut and put product on the other loads of bread. Worst experience and I feel bad for Heath who was working hard and was definitely new. Don’t know other kids name cuz he had no tag. He made everything worse and didn’t help at all. Also sandwiches were sloppy. Had he helped they could’ve got through that rush no biggie but instead he decided to sit there and twiddle his thumbs. There needs to be new management, never see a manager in the store and this place has had a bad rep the 3 years...

I know an employee who works there. I can tell you they were not working tonight. I tried several times to call and no answer. I normally do not post and give the business the benefit of the doubt but today I am not happy. I ordered the two footlongs. One was suppose to be the Philly and the other was suppose to be the Boss. I asked my husband to pick it up on his way home from work. I was already at home. He brought home a footling meatball sandwich and whatever is in the photo. Went in before the lunch rush with my kids noticed four staff members sitting down ,thought they were having a meeting waited about 10 min.no one even glanced at us or said anything waited another ten then said hello no one answered...I got mad and told my kids we were leaving. If they are closed for a meeting they should have said something instead of having us wait there for nothing , don't know if it's a management thing,or pay thing going on at that subway,would be nice to know.I mean why open if your not going to...
