Burger King — Restaurant in Dorado

I came to bk for breakfast and really messed up and spilled my oj and coffee on the ground. Glorimar who initially took my order was very patient and courteously replaced my drinks, with kindness and a smile; I was embarrassed but relieved as she took the issue as a accident. From beginning to end Glorimar attended to my questions about the p.r. bk menu, which is amazing btw, and made sure I had everything g needed to enjoy my meal despite this incident. Gloria should be promoted as a quality control personnel and train bk employees on how to be efficient while providing the best experience possible to the consumer. Great...

Encountered a tall, long haired fella with the name tag saying Anthony a week ago, he seemed new but had excellent customer service; he shined with positivity and seemed overall sweet & kind.

Been to this location twice. Both times they said they don’t accept card and only cash! The cashier was very rude. Very unfortunate for Burger King to provide this type of services.
