Walgreens — Local services in Dorado

This pharmacy is ok.. It has a great photo department at times it has good stock but at times you want something you know they had before and will not carry it for weeks. Employees are 98% unfriendly including management i hope is not company policy to be this unfriendly i can only say one employee stood out he was a male cashier real skinny and short 😊 but he was the only one giving excellent customer service and will say good...

I went in for 4pm vaccination appointment at 3:50pm. I left there at 4:50pm. Took an hour for a vaccine with an appointment. The person who gave me a shot took care 7 customers who came after me. How does this work?? She said they were shorthanded today, but to me, she doesn’t know what the appointment means or she doesn’t know the idea “first come first serve”. 👎👎 I will avoid this...

I made an appointment for 1pm on their web page. I arrived 15 minutes before just as they instructed in the e-mail. At 1:30pm they left me here waiting for them to have their lunch. It's totally disrespectful how they play with peoples time. I asked what was happening and told me that they did not have my vaccine ready and even when I completed all the insurance information online, it hasnt been processed. They left and kept my ID and insurance card so I cant leave. Why making an appointment then?
