We wanted to give a second chance to this restaurant as the first time we went just opened and it was a disaster. I wont talk about that experience today. This second time was as bad as the first one a year after. I can't believe how people can give this place a 5 star to their food! specially the ones that say this place is "A piece of Spain in the middle of Doral" Are you kidding me? Have you really been to Spain? Where did you go? This is just not true. I just don't understand, the food is absolutely terrible. The piquillos rellenos were horrible, the Garbanzos con Chorizo (they barely had chorizo) were just a tasteless dish with tons of tomate sauce. The croquetas are really bad, no flavor no ham just a really bad bechamel sauce. I am so disappointed because this restaurant is in a great location and walking distance from where I live but I will never go back, I wont waste my money eating tasteless and expensive food. Who is the chef at this place? The people working here has never been properly trained, they just don't know how to serve. The waitresses don't even how how or where to put the silver ware, they take your drinks without asking you, they charge you for the bread, the employees starting or ending their shifts just walk into the restaurant with their back packs and shout to other employees inside the kitchen! I could go on and on on more details and I really feel bad for Jordi but this is NOT a good Spanish Restaurant, Spanish Food is delicious. If you really know and want to have good Spanish food Echate Pa' Ya IS NOT the place to go. The Flamenco Show? Yes is good, but is it the most important thing in a Restaurant? I don't think so. I will drive to other Spanish Restaurants that serve real and delicious...
